Yo. This is for those who've read the novel version and watched the movie one...

(In the Movie) Remember that part when Gerry (Pitt) was riding on a personal military aircraft while seeing a nuclear explosion that interrupted his call to his wife? Was that connected to the event in the novel when Iran and Pakistan had misunderstandings and started nuclear war? Or was it something different?

I didn't understand why a nuclear explosion happened in the movie. It wasn't explained how it happened.

I'm not sure whether I should use comma or semicolon.

Then I told her that I'll talk to her again. Then She replied instantly. I replied after a few minutes. Then she did not reply again for long periods. WTF? What should be done?
