Can the Ottawa Senators remain in playoff contention without Jason Spezza?

My answer was yes they could, but when I entered my answer 40% said Yes and 60 person said No. And I was Sort of shocked. I think they could definitely keep a playoff position till he comes back. I'm not saying Spezza's a bad player and he hasn't helped with ottawa's success, I'm just saying they can keep it up without him.

So, tonight Phil Kessel made his debut as a Toronto Maple Leaf.

And in my opinion it wasn't a bad one, actually it was quite a good one.

Lets take a look at his debut:

- 19 shots intended to the net.

- 10 of them were shots on net. (Career High for him)

- Got hit and was knocked to his feet in the first.

- Around 23 minutes on the ice

- Lost the game 2-1 in OT.

Even I was worrying about who was going to feed him the puck, but it seemed like that wasn't really a huge problem. Then again it 's only one game and I'm not going to get carried away.

So what are your thoughts on Kessel's Debut as a Leaf?

I am Sick and Tired of the Leafs. 5 games in, and not ONE win! Not one!!

I actually thought we had a chance in the game today, because at the end of second it was only 3-2.

But No! We let in another 4 goals, and there we have it; 7-2 Final.

I can't take it anymore.

I know it's only 5 games in I can't freak out.

But it's looking pretty Scary!

All is want is one Win.

Just one win! Is that too much to ask for?

So Joe Sakic Retired today. I for one am a BIG Sakic fan. I'm not an Avalanche fan but I still think he is a one of a Kind player. He was a great captain.. not just for the Avalanche but also for Team Canada!

Okay... I swear the talk about another team in Toronto had died down. (Not talking about the Phoenix - Ballsile stuff) I hated the idea when the NHL first thought of it and I still hate it now when Lopez is thinking about. Okay... Yes, I'm probably being the biggest Homer alive right now being a Leafs Fan but I just can't see another team in Toronto. I mean agree with me; Toronto is the home of the Leafs, Right? And Legacy... Really? I mean if you add another team hear at least pick a decent name. LOL

Ok.. I don't know where to start! I love that man, I think he's one amazing defense man but what's gotten into him lately?

I mean he gets benched for the first period last game... and when he comes back to the game he dosen't do so well! And he really hasn't played like he can for a while now! At the beginning of the year I thought the real Kaberle was back but it seems that I was wrong! What's with him... is he missing his old teammates or something?

So my question is what are your thoughts on Kabby? Do you really think he's going to be traded come trade deadline?
