I live in Central Florida and have family in South Florida. One of my loving family members game my name and date of birth at a traffic stop. Nothing else. No address, license number, or other identification to tie this individual to me as she doesn't know any of that information. With that being said, this offer wrote four citations under my name in Broward County (near Miami-Dade). I need to know if I should speak to an attorney about this as I am currently wading through red tape to prove my innocence and my learners license has been suspended. So I have never driven a car and now I don't even have the right to learn anymore because of what transpired at this traffic stop. Thanks for your help!

I mean--I'm working from 9.30 to 6pm that day. My husband has to be to work by 8pm. Why not make election day a Saturday. of course everyone doesn't have Saturdays off...but don't you think the government has the power to declare it a holiday? I just feels like this forces people to have to vote early and go through all the paperwork that is required to do that. Voting is our right as Americans not a privilege so we shouldn't have to go through red tape to do so. What do you think?
