I recently joined a gym and I have been trying to get rid of mychunbby flanks/obliques, I know that crunches and side crunches should help but I want to turn to the weight machines for help, since that helped me b in the past. Now I am unsure which machine will give me the best results. Any suggestions???

I live in an apt buildng and we have a phsyco living in there. He likes to unhindge our mailboxes and he has been doing this for years. The owners of the bldg are tired of fixing the boxes.The police and postal office said we need to catch him breaking it. We did, every tenant caught hm breaking stuff. They even dragged his *** to court and had a video of him breaking the boxes, yet thestupid judge did little to help. The owners no longer want to fix anything because it will be broken the next day. I need kmy mail ,he's got to go..are ther e any other ways of going about this, petitions. complaints that i can file?

it doesnt liht up or turn on even when plugged in.. is it done for good? or can it be unbroken.i had alot of files on there..is there anyway i could get them bakck??

I would like to buy fondant and other cake decorating supplies. I dont really want to order it online, i would like to pick it up myself. is there a store that deals w/ this in nyc???

I was thinking of putting stain remover on it and letting it soak. I dont know which one to use or if it will help. does anyone know?

Hey, I just ordered proactive and started to use it.. so far i have cleared up alittle but not all my acne is gone yet.I know that while using a product it is generally advised to used the product for a month before decididng weathe rit works or not. Now i know everyone is different and responds differently.

But i just wanted to know from different people who have tried this( and it worked for them).. how long did it take for your skin to clear up completely.

I think we're underrated. I'm smart, i know how to take care of myself, pretty and can cook..really cook, and i know how to take care of babies, and am in tune w/ fine arts..many of us are brought up like this.

I am roman catholic and had gone to catholic school for my whole life. WHen i was in the 8th grade the banned us from wearing costumes to school because Halloween was a roman holiday that symbolized the devil.We usually would dress up to scholl,play all day , and then in the evening our school had an additional halloween party. They didnt take away the evening party but the took away the day of fun.Now although I kind of understand that it wasn't a catholic holiday, i think that Halloween now does not have the meaning it had back then. Back then people would give food to the devil to wear away demons..or something of that nature..now it's a day for kids to dress up and have fun. So i think it was wrong for the school to take that away from them. what do you think? ( note not all catholic schools do this)

I am not a small person..but i do work out and try to keep toned..up till now my legs have been my best feature. duringt he last 2 weeks of school i havent been able to go and work out.now normally my legs tend to not have so much definition but they dont get huge.Since school ended I havent gotten back to the gym yet because my registration didn't pass through yet. Now I have adesk job from 9-5 so i sit alot. But i walk to and from the train which is about a 40 minute walkplusi have been eating less and healthier since school ended. it seems likei havent gained weight anywhere but my legs..and its freaking me out!
