My boyfriend is a personal trainer and he asked me to find out some signs and symptoms of when you’re pushing a client too hard. He's looking to monitor his clients a little better so they are less likely to run to the locker room to throw up or pass out on the floor. Are there any exercise programs he should be following to insure that this doenst happen? AND what are some signs and symptoms that he's pushing too hard that you can think of?

She flowered last year around this time. She hasn't changed her enviroment and her watering schedule is the same.I did re-pot her almost a year ago (as she was root bound) but she still sits in the same window. Her leaves are green and perky but no flowers...is she ok?

I have 2 and I live in a 1 bed room apartment. I have boy and a girl cat from the same litter. I've had them since they were 7 months, they are now 4 years old. The new little guy i am considering getting is 7 months. When do you have too many? Should I do this to my other cats? Will it make them jealous? Thank you for your help!

My boss is leaving for vacation today for 8 days...I have been working for the same company for 3 1/2 years with NO vacation, NO sick days, and NO personal days. I love my job and don't mind that I am here all the time, but enough is enough. Shouldn't I be entitled to at least a day or two off even if I just wanted to sit around the house and do nothing? My boss says that if I had somewhere to go (i.e.: out of state) then he would give me the week off and since we are a small company I am not necessarily entitled to a week’s paid vacation. Regardless of the size of a company aren’t you allowed something? I am just getting a little frustrated with this situation and my patients keep asking me what I am doing with my week off…I respond, frustrated, and tell them working. I might not feel as bad if people didn’t keep reminding me.

My cats have loose stool...i need to find some sort of food that has more fiber. Does anyone know of any cat food that is high in fiber?

Does the spray to keep cats from clawing furniture really work? I am getting new furniture and don't want my Yiddies to claw it to death. I have nail caps to put over their nails but want to take all precautions. I DO NOT believe in declawing but do I have any other options? Pleeese help!

My cat is constantly dragging her butt on the carpet and I am moving into an apartment with beige carpets, this is going to be a disaster if I cant get her to stop...short of putting a diaper on her to prevent "skid marks", is there anything I can do to make this stop? Pleeeeese Help!

I am 5'11" and constantly find myself slouching... I am curious, does anyone have any helpful tips to improve posture? Is there a trick to standing up straight? Someone told me if I suck my stomach in it automatically makes your shoulders go back.
