mysterious creature

First one was awful, clotty and lasted a good 15 minutes and I just recently woke up to a mini one. My head been aching lately and my nose been running and stuffed too, like a cold but I don't have one. I always sit up when I have nose bleeds and stay sitting for a while, but I just also started to spit up blood a bit. Is this normal after a nosebleed?

All of a sudden, I had a pain in my right chest, near the breast. It hurts to breath deeply, like a pinch in the nipple through the back. It been like this for 10 hours now. No sign of going away. Its better when im on that side, but sitting up, moving, or lying on left hurts it much. I do not know where it came from and whats the cause, Its painful, sudden, and hurts when I move.
