I have a file, *.c file, that I believe is an image....but its in this format... I know libpng has something to do with it. When I open it in VS, I get the following....

2000 VW Jetta GL 2.0

Hi, Sorry this is going to be long, but I wont to be very specific.

Every day I drive the car, with no problems at all. Starts up, gets me where I wanna go, period. Well last night, there was tons and tons of rain, so I didn't bother going out or taking the car anywhere.

Today....I wake up this morning, ran outta cig's and decided to run to the store for more, I get into the car, and it wont start.

Heres what happens:

I hop in the car (buzzers and lights as usual when I open door) I put the key in the ignition (buzzers and lights again as usual...) but when I put the key in the start position, I get nothing at all. Everything else works, interior lighting, headlights, taillights, alarm, etc. All the dash lights display properly as well.

When I turn the key, everything 'seems normal' except the following:

- I get no sound from the starter (no clicking)

- Headlights shut off immediately (shut off, not dim) while trying to start the car, but immediately turn back on when I release the key???

I've never really had battery issues, and did not leave anything on in the car over night to drain the battery. I also had someone try and jump the car for me, and theres nothing at all. No sounds, no clicking, its the same during a jump as without the jump.

Heres what I've replaced/checked:

- Ignition switch

- Relays

- Starter

I purchased a new starter, and before I removed the old one, I put the wires on the new starter to see if it would turn, and same problem, I get nothing. So I'm guessing a starter is definitely not the problem here, I'm assuming it's something electrical?

I'm getting all jerked off on this so any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont have electrical testing tools, so I wont have access to give any readings on voltage etc.

Tomorrow I'm going to have a buddy of mine bring his car battery over, and I'm going to swap mine with his, just to see if I have a dead cell or something. I'm not sure if I shoulda checked the battery first or not, I just assumed because the lights and radio and everything else was working I had a good battery. Also I assumed that even if I did have a bad battery, I'd at least get somewhat of an effort from the starter, but maybe I'm wrong?

Has anyone else had an issue like this, or can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi i need help. My son (15 months) got a present from his grandpa for his birthday which was a cardboard box (hard) with little books inside. (disney winnie the pooh book block) Monday i was washing dishes and my husband was with my son about to get him juice from the fridge when he sow my son stick this medal piece down his throat. My husband was in frantic and took it out. Come to find out it came from the book block, at which my son bite a little hole it the corner and got this magnet out.(its there to make the book close) but it was not glued or nothing. About two hours after my son would not drink nor eat you could tell he was in pain. But i didn't think n e thing of it due to the fact three days earier he had a stomach virus and had problems eating. So when he went to sleep my husband and i use a tongue compresser to see down his throat cause at this time i was afraid it wasn't the virus and maybe it was the metal he stuck down. Well we looked and his throat was red and inflamed. I waited 1 day to see if it would go down, the following day i brought him to the doctor's and told them what happen. They looked down his throat, well tried to but no success, they sent me home telling me to watch it. Now im all messed up cause im looking at the book block and it says "Safety Tested On Children 10 months and up" and it doesn't say n e thing about small parts or metal on the box. I was wondering what should i do, my husbands says its called pain and distress, i am wondering what i should do????

i am going to buy a big bottle of acrylic online. I've been doing for a while but i dont understand one thing...I dont know the diffrences between monomer acrylic or just plain acrylic. ireally dont know the diffrences? Also a good brand of acrylic to buy would help? Please help???

My son is 8 months old (he'll be 9 months on the 21 of Nov.) He weights 22 lbs and is about 27 inch's. He's moving around and stands up with help from the table. He has 5 teeth, 2 on the bottom, 2 on the top and 1 coming thur on the right side next to the front teeth. People are telling me to feed him table food and im scared because people say its better when the baby ain't got teeth cause they use his gums.I gave him the gerber cookie and he bit a big part off and i thought he was going to choke, i scooped it out right away. If i should be giving him table food what should i be giving him? He eats 3rd foods right now and about 4 bottles a day with cereal in the morning.BTW he's my first baby.Thanks.

To sum it up:

someone from my cosmetology school installed a keylogger on a poorly protected company computer. they got my information (ssn, date of birth, address, etc) an also managed to log my keystrokes for my aol email acct. one day my cousin called, said someone was on my screenname and i tried logging in, and they changed my password. not only did they change my pass on my aim, and email, but my online banking and credit accts as well.

well my husband is a bit 'pc friendly' and sent an email to the person hoping theyd send one back, and they did. he got ip form there. we then suspected who it was and direct connected to THEIR screenname, and got IP. SAME IP, same person, it was a person from school.

well we told the school and i flipped out on her behind closed doors in the office, and sort of threatened her, out of extreme rage that she did this and i had proof. well, 2 days later, school did nothing, and terminated me for the threat!!!!?

what actions can and should i take?

I'm trying to get HDTV on my projection without an antenna or cable box? I have an LCD with built in HD tuner, which recieves both digital and HD over coaxial connection (cable service without the cable box).

My projection is HD "ready", but does not have the built in tuner to recieve the HD without a STB or antenna (as far as i know). I enjoy and always have enjoyed using no STB, because my I like the features the straight connection to the TV provide (PIP, etc...)

What my question is, Is there anything I can purchase so I can get both HD and digital cable signals, without a STB and without getting an antenna.

I know theres tuners for PC's that are just USB connections, so I'm assuming there must be something that will do the same for my TV.

My LCD recieves HD and Digital, all in one. So 7 will be NBC, 7.1 will be NBCHD. I'm looking for a setup as close to that as possible for my projection unit. Thanks.

I have a title that I signed over to someone. I took my car off the road and I no longer have the plates, because I sold the truck, now this person 3 days later wants his money back.

Im being nice by honoring this, but the title has his name on the back and I fear I wont be able to register and insure it until the title is clear which may be a few weeks.

Can I safely drive the car back unregistered and uninsured with his name on the back of the title??

I recently sold an SUV in MA. When I owned the car it failed safety inspection because there was no tailpipes coming out the muffler. There was roof damage as well. I told him about any and all problems and all he cared about was a sound engine and tranny, which it had.

2 days later he calls me up and says the exhaust fell off and car is lopsided??? now he wants his money back.

my question is , if I sold it "AS IS" and specified all known probs, and he still agreed to buy it, am I required to give a refund??

Im told by some that "AS IS" has me covered because he knew about the problems, and im told by others that MA law says it MUST pass inpection within 7 days regardless what condition I sold the vehicle. Im worried, because I no longer have the money he gave me.

and btw, the car was def NOT a piece of crap, it was a daily driver for me until I sold it, and now this is turning into a headache. and if i take it back, its in worse condition than when i sold it. HELP!?

I have a Range Rover Classic. Part of my exhaust fell off (it was like that when i purchased it), but the cat is intact, and it seems like there is a muffler half way down the car, about a foot after that, the pipe is broken and has several holes in the pipe. It looks like a muffler, but I'm wondering why its soo far back from the tail of the car, and I'm wondering if there is supposed to be another muffler towards the end of the car where the pipe is broken. Any help would be appreciated!
