  • I need daycare in Loveland, CO or Fort Collins, CO?

My husband and I just moved to Colorado and we need to find reasonable daycare for our 18 month old. We are looking for something around $5/hr or less. We are both students and working min. wage jobs. If you know of daycare, please let me know.

    Thanks

  • What do I wear for a job interview for an Assistant Manager position at Famous Footwear?

I'm trying to decide if I should buy a dress suit or if nice slacks and a blouse would be good enough? I want to make a good impression and stand out.. but, I don't want to overdo it.

Also, does anyone know how they pay and if there is an employee discount?

  • What are some healthy foods I can take to work if I'm on a diet?

I'm tired of eating the same thing day after day and end up finding myself eating the junk they have at work. I'm hoping you guys can give me some inexpensive ideas for healthy foods/snacks to take to work. I have lost 34 pounds and don't want working again to stop the weight loss. And, we don't have a fridge, so everything goes into my cooler.

  • What do you think I have?

I have white patches on the back of my tongue. I can't see if I have any on my throat or not. I have a severe sore throat. I can hardly swallow. I have been very tired lately and depressed. I don't think I have a fever; although, I haven't taken my temp. I don't feel feverish though. I plan on going to the doctor tomorrow but was just wondering what you guys thought. It feels like strep throat.. but I'm not sure.

  • What do you think about sex outside of marriage?

I'm taking a Christian Sexual Ethics course and I'm currently writing my final paper. I thought it would be interesting to include your guys' thoughts and ideas.

What do you think about sex before marriage?

Do you agree or disagree with it?

Do you have those feelings because you were raised that way or because of your religion?

Does the media play a part in it?

Do you have any stories about sex outside or marriage?

Have you been treated differently by your church because you had sex outside of marriage?

If you could include religious beliefs that would be great. If you don't have religious beliefs regarding sex outside or marriage, please tell me that too.

    Thank you. :)

  • What should I do with my toddler?

I was carrying my daughter (toddler) and there is a hump between our room and hers. When I got to the hump my ankle turned sideways and my elbow hit the door. My daughter then went flying through the room. She landed on her stomach. She cried for about 4 minutes. But, now she is laughing, walking, playing, and getting into things. I checked her over real good and there is no blood. She didn't cringe when I moved any of her limbs. Do you think she is okay? Or is it necessary to go to the doctor? I googled the signs/symptoms of a concussion and she isn't displaying any of them.

I plan on attending CSU in Fort Collins and my husband plans to attend the Art Institute of Denver. We need to find a nice town that's in between the two. Hopefully exactly halfway.

  • What can my husband do to help his back pain?

My husband joined the Air Force and was discharged with severe back pain. We are waiting to get him into a back specialist until his insurance kicks in. (He was lucky enough to be able to get his old job back.) They aren't sure what he has, they are thinking Degenerative Disc Disease, Herniated Disc, Compressed Vertebrate, or Scoliosis. What can he do to relieve some of the pain? He wants to continue being active but doesn't want to damage anything worse. What can he do until we can get him in? What things should he avoid? He wants to keep doing pt in case he can reenlist, but doesn't want to damage himself worse.

  • Masters Degree in Science?

I'm graduating this weekend with a Distributive Bachelors Degree. (I was an English Education major but because my husband joined the Air Force I switched to Distributive so I could join him.) Anyway, I wanted to originally do Science but it didn't work out with the job I was working at the time. I want a field in Science where I would be working in a lab all day. (I no longer want to teach.) I am hoping for suggestions on Programs and Majors. I'm a very indecisive person and need all the background information I can get. I'm currently looking at Colorado State University to attend.
