Intermittent wipers stopped working, hi/low speed still works but wipers won t return to rest position when I turn them off! I was going to get a new multifunction switch (replacement wiper stalk), but I think it s just the relay?

I'd prefer the ones that dance around a lot (greater rate of change) in analog, and the ones with a lesser rate of change (minute fluctuations) in digital.
