i dunno how to explain this coz thats exaxtly my problem....the thing is that i feel so low abt myself sometimes...i mean most of the times...

the thing is that i believe whatever ppl talk abt me...i mean i have these gang of girls here who like to make me feel bad like " u shouldnt join this competition...u cant paint' or you're getting pimply....your hairs sticking out...and something like that...i just break down and believe them...even tho i know that i've won painting comps and my skin is perfectly clear ...i just cant convince myself that what they're saying is not true...and thats stopping me from joining activities that i uusually felt comfortable doing....

and i have this feeling that if i do join them ill feel uncomfortable with ppl watching and that they'll talk abt me even more....

i used to join evey event in school....i never had stage fear..but now even when my parents and friends are pushing me to join something i jsut cant make myself do it...

how do u get starcharts according to the time...for eg. user mr.skechers has sent me a website(thank u so much by the way) on star charts ...but doesn t the meaning of winter change according to my geographic location.and mr.geoff g(thank u for ur answer...helped a lot) has mentioned that a star chart covers only 1/4 of the sky..then which 1/4 of the sky am i to focus on???i'm sorry if this sounds stupid....i am always in awe at the beauty of the night sky but just dont know much about it.
