I think my mom is fed up with her retail job and wants a new one. I am trying to think of other things she can do. I think she'd really like a 5 day a week office job but I don't know how much experience she really has. She has been working retail her whole life starting with the store her mother owned when she was in high school. She worked for Hallmark, quit when she had me and then returned to retail when I was in high school. She is a head cashier right now and has also had to cover vacation time back in RTV's (returns to vendor). She loves doing research on the internet and says she always need a "project." My wedding was amazing because of her attention to detail but without job experience or a college degree I don't know who would hire her to do something other than retail. I just want something better for her. She's not very happy. Any ideas out there? I would really appreciate anything you have! Even if you think it's stupid.

My kitchen has an old black and red brick veneer covering one side of the room. It's ugly but I can't really just tear it down because we're renting. Would self adhesive mosaic tiles or tin ceiling tiles stick to it and look ok? I just want to temporarily cover it. When we move, I'd like to be able to take it off without ruining it so our landlord won't be mad. What do you think?

I have just regular ol' stage fright. BUT my co-worker swears that when she goes to plays, she has an overwhelming urge to run up on stage. She doesn't know what she'll do once she gets there but she has actually avoided going to plays because she's afraid she'll give in to her urge. What kind of phobia would this be? We can only find stage fright. Can she be the only one with this phobia?

My friend wrote down the same name twice for two different gifts in my thank you's note book. Now I'm not sure which person gave me a clock and which person gave me a check. Could I get a copy of the checks I cashed from the bank? If not, how should I write my thank you cards to these two people? I feel bad just saying "Thank you for the gift" and not specifying what it was. But this seems to be the only way. What do you think?

Will the two be able to get a good car loan? Should they apply jointly or should the one with the high credit score apply for it alone?

and I'm randomly spotting. It is so frustrating! It's the middle of the month and every day I see something. This didn't happen on my 3rd or my 4th pack. What is going on?

How do we give gifts to the bridal party and parents at our rehearsal dinner? Should we do it during toasts or privately? What did you do?

I just started Loestrin FE at the beginning of June. I know it's supposed to mess with your hormones the first few months and your periods could be longer but how long?! I'm so sick of this. I've had cramps and bleeding for two straight weeks? Is there any end in sight?

We are already paying them monetarily, but since they're good friends of ours, I just don't know. We're kind of getting strapped for cash. Maybe we could just give them a thank you card, or a small gift certificate??

The best man in my wedding is a very picky eater. I'm very confident that he will not touch the chicken that is being served. His date will not know until the day of our wedding whether or not she can attend. What do I do about food??? Spend $100 on food that he will probably not eat and she may not eat if she doesn't show up? If she does show up, I don't want her to feel stupid because she didn't get a dinner. Should I try to get a straight answer out of her and tell her my predicament?

They're not really showy, just small drop earrings that match my shirt (white). Our pictures will be at the beach.

Well, I looked at Sandals.com and they're cheapest package for one week is about $2,000. My fiance and I will not have that kind of money but we really just want to lay on the beach and be lazy. Maybe a massage or facial, maybe some mixed drinks and obviously we'll need meals. Does anyone know of anything in the $1000 to $1500 price range or am I just dreaming?

I want to wear something classic. I don't want to look at my engagement pictures later on and think "Ew. I can't believe that was in fashion." I'm short (5'3"), petite but do need to hide my tummy a bit. I have blue eyes, fair skin, and long blonde hair, so for colors I was thinking either a dark or royal blue top OR a burnt orange top. What should I wear? Links or pictures if you can find any would be awesome. Thanks!!
