  • Consistent Groin Pain?

About 3 months ago I injured my hip playing soccer in which it was later classified as being Iliac Apothisitis. I failed to strech during the 6 weeks I was unable to play. After the 6 weeks I was playing fully again I didn't feel much pain to no pain at all for the first 3 weeks. After that my hamstring began to hurt really badly whenever I would play soccer and very much so while walking or light jogging but didn't hurt very much if i sprinted. Weirdly however the next day after the immense hamstring pain i would feel minimal to no pain at all but as soon as i would play soccer the next time the same ordeal would occur, it was all very predictable and consistent. After not playing for about 5 weeks my hamstring pain had gone away but it is now my groin that is in pain. It's the same circumstance as the hamstring and it will only hurt while walking or jogging but as soon as i go to sleep and wake up the next day there is little to no pain. I stretch all places before I play and every night I stretch the groin area extensively. What should I do or change up or should I see someone, please and thank you.

  • Synthetic division problem?

I'm having a lot of trouble with this synthetic division problem that requires a series of answers.

    f(x)= -x^6+20x^5-64x^4-304x^3+272x^2+896x

I've found 4 of the all real zeroes but I cant find the other 2. The problem asks for

    -all real zeroes

    -all maximum values

    -all minimum values

    -Y intercept

The zeroes I've found so far are -2, 2, 8, 14 and I think 0 but not too sure on 0.

    Please and Thank you
