politician aggressively advocate an agenda, then succeeding in making such

become a reality make you more or less likely to support them? Or does it

A co-worker and I recently talked about all of the problems that our country faces with corruption and a two party monopoly. He's a Republican and I'm a Democrat and we both strongly agreed that tax-payer funded campaigns would be better for our country than the current debacle over special interest contributions.

If every candidate from whatever party was to have EQUAL coverage (I mean completely equal from top to bottom). Then a two party system would be no more. We'd be able to have the chance of hearing everyone's views/platforms/etc. equally. This does a greater service for a TRUE DEMOCRACY than our current system.

Furthermore, the American People would regain the power in holding our officials accountable and we would have a better chance of rooting out the corrupted.
