I have a house in Arizona that's 40 years old. It has gotten quite cold here the last few days and I turned the thermostat to heat for the first time this fall. I heard the pump start on the roof and the fan also. After about five or ten minutes I noticed the pump turned off but the fan kept running. The pump turned on again a few minutes later and then turned off again a few minutes after that. When the pump was running, the air from the vents was not warm at all. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Also: When it was hot out all summer, the AC worked good. Not sure how old the unit is. I think its a 3 ton.

I recently found out that the single owner and majority share holder at the company I work at has sold their shares to the company and now owns none. I also found out that he still controls 100% of the company. Is this legal?

What do you do or how do you tell your newly found partner that their breathe is bad? Bad enough that you cant talk to them face to face? Bad enough that you find it hard to kiss them and look like you are enjoying it?
