I recently had to restore my computer to factory defaults. I was told that I would not need any cd's to re-install the programs that came on my computer from the factory. However, whenever I go to open Microsoft Word (part of the Microsoft Office), it keeps asking me for my registration number again. I know I had the registration number a while ago, but have since lost the cd that it was on. Is there any recovery tool or something that I can recover my registration number? I do not want to have to purchase Microsoft Office all over again.

How do you download files to your computer that play in Windows Media Player that don't have a specific download button? Like files that are downloaded to Temporary Internet Files and just play on your computer...how can they be downloaded permanently??

I keep getting the error message "Problem retrieving your personal information. Please try again later.Or go to Yahoo! Mail to see your information." when I open My Yahoo! I used to get this message only occasionally (maybe once a month) but it has been up constantly for the past two weeks. What can I do to fix this?

I have a problem that can only be addressed by yahoo. What is the email address for their help?

My fantasy profile says that in one league that I comepted in this year, I came in 9th out of 10 teams. This is incorrect, as I came in 7th out of 10 teams. If you go to the team homepage, you will see the standings and that I came in 7th. How can I get this corrected?
