Problem Previewing Email?
I keep getting the error message "Problem retrieving your personal information. Please try again later.Or go to Yahoo! Mail to see your information." when I open My Yahoo! I used to get this message only occasionally (maybe once a month) but it has been up constantly for the past two weeks. What can I do to fix this?

did you try deleting existing cookies, clean cache, depending on your browser type. if all else fails. send yahoo a msg thru the support page. go to yahoo.com and search within yahoo for support. they usually respond within same day.
