I'm looking for a large, decorative shawl that is light weight I can use to put on my dorm room wall. Do you know of any websites?

I used to work a part time job at a shoe store in 2013 and I received the tax return check of $100 a few months ago. I was waiting to cash it in before I go back to school and I misplaced it somewhere in my house. Since I did not cash it in yet, would it be possible to receive another check of the same amount? If so, how do I go about doing that?

I ordered a few lip products from NYX and I got free standard shipping. The email receipt they sent me said nothing about when it will arrive or a tracking ID. How long do you think it will take to get to me? I ordered it on Tuesday night, if that helps.

I need a good drugstore foundation. I mostly need it to even out my skin so I can contour properly. What is better for that purpose, liquid or powder? I prefer powder because I don't like how liquid looks or feels on my face. I feel like it looks too heavy.

I cleaned out all the iMessages in my iPhone and I don't back up my messages to anything (such as iCloud). I know it is possible to check text messages through your carrier's server. But is there a simpler way to check your deleted iMessages? I know this is was worded in a confusing way.

Today I went to get a pedicure at the regular salon I go to. I feel a tip reflects the job the worker does. The lady who did my nails rushed my whole pedicure, she did my pedicure in 6 minutes and she overall did a bad job. Ladies who get their nails done know that a pedicure takes a little longer than 6 minutes. She asked me if I wanted to pay while I was at the dryer and I handed her my debit card. When she came back with the receipt I handed her a folded $1 dollar. (Yes I know, a dollar tip is cheap but she really didn't do a good job) She opened it and rudely handed back to me, adding a "it's ok." I'm assuming she did not want to accept the tip because it wasn't much but I did not want to tip her more than she deserved. She was Brazilian or some sort of South American I believe (not targeting any group). How much do you tip, ladies (and gents)?

This boy and I have been texting on and off for a month or so. He pursued me. He would be really flirty and talk to me like I'm his girl. Then one time we stopped for a week or so because I didn't respond to him. But a week later, I texted him because I wanted to talk to him and then we would talk continously for a week. Then Thursday we were supposed to possibly hang out and I told him to let me know and he said he will. Then he texted me on Thursday, no response and we haven't spoken since then. I want to talk to him and at this point I know he won't text me first so I'm wondering if I should text him or would I look dumb? He would text me if he wanted to talk plus he never got back to me about hanging out. Also from social media, it shows he went away for the weekend with friends.

I understand this is a very general question, but besides the generic "forget him" or "move on", because let's face it, it's easier said than done. How can you cope with that when you saw so much potential in someone and clearly they aren't trying as hard as you? His actions, and rather, lack of actions are speaking volumes, telling me to just forget it but it's so hard.

So I've been texting this guy for some time and he's been talking to me as if I'm his girl. I texted him on Friday and he was being dry with me and was taking long to respond. He wanted to hang out that night but I already had something to do so I couldn't. He stopped responding to me so I texted him asking him if "he was mad at me because it seemed like it." (which it did) He responded 12 hours later saying "No lol". Then I read his text (I had my read receipts on at that point) and we haven't talked since. I kind of miss talking to him and I'm not sure what I could have done wrong. What does this mean? :(

I purchased a MacBook Pro 11 inches in August 2013. I am not sure if my battery/Macbook is defected but whenever I have to start up my MacBook I have to press that power button twice. It'll make a "zoo" type of nose then it'll start up, turn black, then I'll have to press the button on till I get the Mac start up screen. Is this a normal pattern you see with your MacBooks as well or is something wrong with mine?

So I "met" this guy through this smart phone app last week, I haven't really met him in person. When we first started talking he was really talkative, into the conversation, he would text him first. Then we didn't talk for two days because he didn't text me first. So I decided to text him on Saturday he was kind of being dry and not talkative then I asked him if he was okay, he said he was fine then later on in the conversation he asked me when we were going to hang out. We decided to hang out this week. Then the conversation continued. Now he's just being really dry with me and I feel like I'm annoying him. Part of me thinks I should just end the conversation by not replying to him but I feel like if I do that he won't text him and I don't want that.. I want to keep talking to him but I don't want to annoy him. I feel like we aren't at the stage where I could just pester him for giving me dry responses. But what do you think his dry responses and nonchalant attitude must mean? -_-

So let's call this snapchat contact of mine, Bob. I was able to view Bob's best friends and score up until now. Now whenever I click on his contact name, I see his name, his score and it shows me "No best friends :(" I'm assuming this means Bob deleted me. But, is it possible for your score on snapchat to increase even if you do not open the snapchats you receive? I'm thinking the only possibility left here is that Bob is not very active on snapchat anymore but people send him snapchats so that's why his score is rising.

I'm writing a research paper on how African Americans are taught to conform with society because of the long-standing history which lead to stereotypes, etc. How do you believe African Americans are taught to conform to American society? I want to hear some other people's perspectives to spark up some ideas. I know this is a very general question but I didn't want to make it too narrow to limit answers. Also I would appreciate if you did research to link me to your research. Thanks!

Just a pretty general question because I don't want to type up the whole story. What does it mean if a guy (who you've hung out with a few times & texted) tells you to text him, and you guys jokingly argue back & forth who should text who first. Then two days later, the girl texts the guy something mean jokingly (mind you, these two have a very playful relationship), then he answers asking what'sup then she answers but he doesn't respond. I'm 110% positive that he got my text. He has his iphone read receipts on, he read my first text, didn't read my second response, or he just turned his read receipts off perhaps.

**Disclaimer: I'm in college. So don't say that girls shouldn't text guys first. It's not a huge deal.

I'm not that bothered by not receiving a response. Just curious why he would do that, especially after telling me to text him?

I use the little poof thing the same company gave me. How can I use it to contour? I moisturize my face most of the time before attempting to contour my face with it.
