  • Possible pregnancy on birth Control?

Been on bc for a very long time several years last week I had brown/pink spotting when I would wipe my period isn't due for 6 weeks. I do take pill everyday but not always at the same time. Now I'm super tired can't stay awake, breast are enlarged and sore. I took a pregnanCy test when I had the spotting but it said negative. Just curious as to when I should retest or if that's even a possibility.

  • Husband is a big baby!!!?

We've been together 10 years married for 8. We have a 3 year old son together and for the most part are happy together. He gets in these mean sarcastic moods sometimes where he's just so mean to me. I call him out he tells me to F off and leaves. This only happens when it's my night off I get one day a month where I get 4-5 hours to do some stuff for myself and my husband pulls this our everytime. He does work and I'm a sahm but he works very long hours and I'm always taking care of our son( he has seizures and doesn't talk) he's actually a very easygoing kid. He's not a problem or hard to take care of. My husband also gets to go out once a week for basketball and once every other weekend to drink with the guys. He acts like I shouldn't get to have my couple of hours a month and always provokes a fight and runs away. What would you do in this situation?

  • No period for 3 months??

I've been in bc for almost 2 years, always got my period during my inactive pills. Husband and I just use my birth control as contraception no additional stuff like condoms. Anyways I haven't gotten my period on tbe inactive pills in 3 months this week being my 3rd month. Last month I had some brown spotting but that was it. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Should I see a doctor or is this normal? I looked up my bc side effects and it doesn't state anything about missing periods

  • 3 year old with spd??

My son has been diagnosed with sensory processing disorder and he is also still non verbal. He has a seizure disorder and we are in therapy. But anyways he's now obsessed with putting things in the toilet. If I don't let him or close the bathroom he will just breakdown sometimes lasting over an hour just hysterical. My husband gets mad that I allow him to do it. I've tried filling a bucket with water someone else he won't play with it. I don't know what to do, and please don't say just say no it's not that easy with the spd.

  • Is 99.3 considered a fever in a two year old?

My son is 2 and he has a cold running nose and cough. He's been acting fine playing jumping eating drinking. I took his temp he felt a little warm and it was 99.3 in the ear. He has a history of febrile seizures so I play it save and give him meds over 99 degrees. But is 99.3 considered a fever? I know I have different circumstances

  • Christmas gifts for a 3 year old?

I know it's only September but I start buying now since I have a huge family. Our son is going to be 3 this year and he is the only grandchild so he has so many toys and clothes. We're not sure what to even get him for Christmas this year since he has so much stuff. He already has a savings account also and we regularly deposit money into it.

  • If a toddler has tubes in ears?

What does an ear infection look like? My son has had tubes since march and the past two days really fussy, grabbing his ears mouth and nose. There is no drainage with his ears so I'm guessing second set of molars? The only reason I'm concerned is that he gets febrile seizures so I want to know what an infection looks like?

  • 2.5 year old twitching during sleep?

Just some background my son is 2.5 and had three complex febrile seizures the last being January of this year. He had tubes put in his ears and has been fine since. Even before the seizures he twitches when he's falling asleep. Sometimes he does it and even wakes himself up. He occasionally does it while sleeping but not very often it's just when he's falling asleep within the first few min. He's had MRI and EEG done in jan and all were fine. I also would like to say that my husband does it too really bad he will have his arm around me and when he's falling asleep And he will squeeze super tight or his arm will go up and it hits me. Or his body will jump up off the bed and he dorsnt know hes doing it. So I was wondering if this is normal? Or should I pursue further testing for our son? He seems awake after sleeping and isn't tired or cranky. Sorry this is so long.. One more thing is my son is very active always on the go and on his feet either running, jumping climbing ect.

  • Toddler not wanting naps?

My son is 28 months old and has been a great sleeper up until a week ago. He decided he doesn't want to nap no matter what I do I can't get him to sleep. He then waits until 5 pm and wants to go to sleep he will wake up around 8 if I let him sleep and then sleeps horribly at night. I'm out of ways to control this. I still put him to sleep for nap and he won't do it I've been very consistent. He's not sick or anything so is this normal?

  • 2.5 year old wont nap?

My son is 28 months old and decided he doesn't want to nap anymore. I don't have a problem with no nap but he becomes mean, crying and cranky. So I think he still needs one. I can't get him to sleep during the day I've blackened the room, bath and a book ect. He will just get up and start doing his own thing. He sleeps great at night but if I let him he'd be up from 8 am-10 pm and I know he's exhausted. How do you get your toddler to sleep for a nap?

  • Parents of late talkers?

Our son is 2 (28 months) he is only saying about 20 words. We are in speech therapy and he recently got ear tubes for fluid build up in march.. He's a lot more vocal now but it still worries me he isn't really talking. He does communicate by physically showing me things, he knows colors shapes ect. He also can follow my instructions. When did your late talker finally start talking?
