I can feel something inside me saying, "I really don't think you're strong enough."

So, our parents are out of the country, so I'm at home with 3 of my sisters. I'm nearly 16 and the sister I'm having issues with is 20. She's ordering me and my 17-year-old sister around, telling us to do stuff, while she does almost nothing to help. I want to say something, but knowing her, she probably won't take it well. What can I do? It's getting annoying. Thank you! :)

Does it bother anyone else when their teachers say, "We're just preparing you for college"? It bothers me and makes me feel like they're making up excuses to put us high schoolers under so much stress that we can barely do anything.

My hair is dirty blonde and already pretty short (it reaches to my jaw and almost to my chin). I have grey (they usually look blue or green) eyes. I'm pale. Like, really pale. So, should I?

My family and I are on vacation in a foreign country and my sister and I got news yesterday that one of our really good friends passed away. I'm really upset by this and I'm tempted to let this just ruin our vacation because we can't even attend his funeral. I'm so confused and it hurts. What should I do?

I had surgery on both feet a few days ago and they used iodine on my feet as an antiseptic. I got a rash from that, but I've been using these special bags that we bought from the doctor to cover the wrappings with so they don't get wet while I'm taking a bath. New itchy bumps are forming and I'm wondering if it's still the iodine or the bag that's causing it. Also, they used this styrofoam-like substance that sticks to the skin to keep the IV in, and I got a rash from that too. Am I allergic to that also?

Since today is April Fools Day, I decided to pull a "fool proof" prank. I decided that I would ask out one of my guy friends and while they were contemplating how to say no, I would say, "April Fools!" At lunch, I had found my victim (let's call him John). I went up to his table where he was sitting, and said, "John, would you like to go on a date with me?" He stood up with bright eyes and cheerfully shouted, "I would love to go out with you!" I stood there for a few seconds with a look of horror on my face and my jaw dropped, saying, "Uhhh..." He realized that and started to look sad. He quietly said, "This... This is an April Fools joke, isn't it?" I nodded slowly and walked away. Later that day, I found him and told him I was sorry and asked him if he was serious about saying yes. Unfortunately, he was. Then, he texted my sister and told her that I was a butt (literally, he said, "Leila's a butt."). I actually do like him more than a friend, so my sister texted, asking him to come over to hang out. He said that it was bull crap and that I shouldn't do that out of pity. How do I convince him it's not pity? PS please don't make me feel worse than I already do.

I'm a ninth grader and in my home class there is a boy who constantly tormented me. He would poke me really hard and punch me on the side of my waist. Once, when I was between tables that were in a U formation, he trapped me inside of them, and when he finally let me out, he said, "Like trapping a cow." I finally told a counselor about it and someone talked to him, but why did he even do that?
