Am I allergic to just iodine or the plastic too?
I had surgery on both feet a few days ago and they used iodine on my feet as an antiseptic. I got a rash from that, but I've been using these special bags that we bought from the doctor to cover the wrappings with so they don't get wet while I'm taking a bath. New itchy bumps are forming and I'm wondering if it's still the iodine or the bag that's causing it. Also, they used this styrofoam-like substance that sticks to the skin to keep the IV in, and I got a rash from that too. Am I allergic to that also?

Could be the bags...I know some people have a latex allergy that causes them to break out in a rash.
