Do dogs have the rights to bark?
My children have grown n moved out, so i decided to get a dog.. I've always wanted one but it had to be the right time. I ended up getting 2 from a neighbour after seeing the pups being mistreated.... Ive recently moved to a completely new area and my neighbours complain that my dogs bark when people hang about behind my property (nobody i know), yet I have to endure constant noise etc from all the kids (including theirs) (none mine). I wouldn't have a problem if there were no complaints re my dogs. Do residents have more rights to make noise if they have kids than those that just have pets... Do i have a case if the council come a knocking??

we are desperate for our springer to carry on the family line, we had the mother and father but sadly the father passed away last year. We have just the mother and daughter now. When mum n dad mated it was just the once (not through dad not trying though) and she was only carrying 2 pups. Sadly only one pup survived. Daughter is 3 now and we feel ready to mate. I want to get this right, Please advise........
