Rusted out oil pan in a 5yr old Dodge Ram truck with 48,000km?

Had the truck since new, Bought in October 2005, Parked on a paved driveway and the most travelling it does is 70 km (return) x 2 per month. Otherwise just local travelling in town for church, groceries and such.

I was heading for the city when the motor started "knocking" and getting louder after each second.

By the time I managed to pull over, the motor had died. The truck was towed to a automotive centre that had informed me that the motor was seized and my oil pan had rusted through causing the oil to leak out.

My Question is : Do I still have any warranty on the drive train even though its over 5 years old ?

Truck is a 2006 Dodge Ram V-8.

Some silver jewelry that we bought a few years ago have a hallmark saying "argent" silver instead of sterling or .925 fine. Is it still silver and what is the percentage (%) of silver content ?

A woman, age 82 yrs, no assets (house, car, land...) poor health, has NEVER left the house in the past 20 years unless her oldest son takes her. Son has had 'POA' (Power Of Attorney) for the past 2 years and is sole heir to whatever estate she had.

This lady died 29th of Jan, 2010.

My Question is, Can a loan be issued or made to a person who has no assets or chattels while in her early 80's, has NEVER used a computer in her life (except for a calculator), or has never signed a contract ?

One other thing, They did have her SIN (social insurance number) on the contract.

This was a loan for over $24,000.00, payment due Jan. 31st. 2010 which was missed including Feb. pmt. Mar. pmt. Apr. pmt. and May pmt. A collection agency sent a letter a couple of days ago (June 23rd, 2010) demanding payment of the full loan. No bills were received prior to this notice from the collection agency or the finance company.

last weekend I transported a pick-up truck load of garbage to the landfill site in our area (cost me about $25 for the load) and discovered that someone had dropped off a light fixture that was identical to one in my living room. the glass light shade was exactly the same as the one that I needed to replace, one that was broken some time ago and I was unable to find a replacement until now. When I got to the gate to weigh out and pay for my found "treasure", they informed me that there was no salvaging at the dump and that I had to leave it there. KHARTOUM — Sudan charged a British teacher Wednesday with inciting religious hatred after she allowed her students to name a teddy bear Muhammed, an offence that could subject her to 40 lashes, the Justice Ministry said.

The charge against Gillian Gibbons was sure to heighten tensions between Sudan and Britain. In London, Foreign Secretary David Miliband urgently summoned the Sudanese ambassador to discuss the case, the British government said.

Ms. Gibbons, 54, was arrested Sunday after some of her pupils' parents complained, accusing her of naming the bear after Islam's prophet. Muhammed is a common name among Muslim men, but giving the prophet's name to an animal would be seen as insulting by many Muslims.

Prosecutor General Salah Eddin Abu Zaid said Ms. Gibbons was charged under article 125 of the Sudanese legal code and her case would be referred to court Thursday.

My mother died in July of 1995 and I just learned that she may have had a safety deposit box in a bank somewhere in ONTARIO CANADA, I have a set of keys that I found in her possessions and was told they were for a safety deposit box.

I also like bacon or bacon bits with my peanut butter sandwiches but my bro grossed me out by using kraft miracle whip and my sis likes mustard on her's, can't bare to see peanut butter abused like that. Does anyone else have a wierd combo ?
