My brother recently got a puppy, he's about 18 weeks now, and he is well behaved until my older dog is around. I leave my dog at my mom's house when I work so the puppy gets really excited when she's over. My mom says he goes potty outside fine until my dog gets there and then he frequently goes in the house. He also gets very crazy and destructive. Is there anything we can do to keep him on track when my dog is over? Is he just too excited? Is it something that will pass?

Any help or tips would be great!

My mom's next door neighbors have 2 labs and they keep them in a small run/cage as far as I can tell all the time. They are constantly crying and whimpering and I want to contact my local humane society to investigate. My question is since they are being fed and not being physically abused (that I know of) is that considered abuse? I would personally consider it abuse as it's cruel and the dogs are always crying but would they remove the dogs? I was just wondering because I don't think any animal deserves to live like that and would love to help these poor dogs.

I have a 4 year old daschund poodle mix and my brother recently got a new puppy. My brother and the new dog live at my mom's house and I have my own place but I leave my dog at my mom's when I work as she has bad separation anxiety. Her and the new puppy seem to get along well and she's getting more use to him. My question is, have been planning to get her another dog for a while but now that my brother has bought a puppy how long should I wait before I add another dog to make sure my dog is comfortable? I wasn't planning on getting another dog right away but was shooting for around christmas time. I love my dog like a child so I want to make sure she is as happy as possible.Any help or advice would be much appreciated!

I was heading to bed and noticed what looked like a piece of pasta in my baseboard. I pulled it up and threw it in the trash and now I believe that it was a domicile cup fungus. Is this dangerous to me or my dog being so close to my bed? And also how to I get rid of it. I'm moving out in about a month so should I just not worry about it or should I work on killing it? I'm in the basement of the apartment so I think the sprinkler system may be the culprit as far as causing excess moisture . What are my next steps?

My 3 year old dachshund poodle mix has one spot on her back about the size of a quarter. The hair isn't completely gone but looks like it's very thin and white. She doesn't have any other spots except for the one and hasn't been biting at it or acting differently. Is this something she needs immediate attention for or something that I should keep an eye on? I have a 3 year old dachshund/poodle mix she has always been very good about going pee on her potty pads but recently she has been peeing on the carpet. She has also started to sleep very close to me on my bed at night as opposed to her bed where she normally sleeps. I suspect she was abused as a baby but I'm not 100% sure. Is she experiencing anxiety or could something else be wrong. I was going to try a thunder shirt for her anxiety but I'm not sure that anxiety is in fact the cause. Any input or experience would be much appreciated!!!!

My blu ray player won't turn on and I'm assuming it's busted for good but does anyone know how to fix it? The buttons on the machine flash when you hit the power button but ultimately won't stay on. It's just out of warranty now so anyway I can fix it or do I have to but another one?

My mom and I got tattoos done last monday, a week ago. Our tattoos were both swollen and red which of course is to be expected after it is just done. But now my mom's tattoo is red, swollen, hot, and she has a bit of dermatitis ( liquid under her skin). Today is the 1st she's been back to work since so she had to wear shoes so I thinking that may be the culprit however I'm not sure. Anyone have a better idea of what is going on. Also the colors in her tattoo are pink,white,yellow,purples, and black.

I got a pretty large tattoo on my leg today and went to a different shop than the one I usually go to. This shop is very reputable and has been named best of state for years. Anyways the artist said to wash it, apply a small amount of a&d, and the put saran rap back around it and do it for 3 days and then switch to lotion. At my usual shop they say to wash it and only apply a&d after 24 hours. Which is correct? Is it a matter of preference?

I know they are very detailed but would a more simplified version of something like this even fit on my foot? http://inkarttattoos.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/1... I know the foot is a tricky area seeing as I have another one on my other foot so I'm trying to figure if this will work. I am meeting with an artist soon but I was just curious as to if it will work if i need to find somewhere else to put it.

My 3 year old doxie poo has been sick all day. She's been throwing up every few hours. The vomit doesn't have any food in it it's just white and foamy. She's acting very slow and groggy and hasn't gone to the bathroom or eaten/drank all day. I'm super worried and I know that the standard is watch them for 24 hours but she has never acted like this so I'm very worried. Any help would be super appreciated.

I forgot the date when I last sized up but I know it was in Feb. I just don't remember when. Is there a way to tel if they are healed enough to stretch or should I wait untill the second week of April to be safe? I'm at a size 8 now and want to get to a 6.

I got 2 traditional Boreno flowers on either side of chest. They're basically just a black flower. It's been 3 days that I've got them and they are still super sore. None of my other tattoos have been this sore. They hurt to move it's that bad. They're starting to peel, so my bet is they'll stop hurting soon but is it normal? I've been washing them 2-3 times a day and using A&D. Is it just because it was so much shading that they are so sore or should I contact the shop? I wouldn't worry but they are killing me.

My dog barks at every little noise she hears , even door bells on tv send her up the wall. She is a little dog too so she is yappy. I wouldn't mind but we've moved into an apartment and i don't want her to be a nuisance to my neighbors. I know she's a dog and she's going to bark but is there anyway i can quiet her when she goes absolutely crazy? Do those little clicking devices they advertise on tv work at all?

So I am considering converting to the catholic church however have i never been to mass and i was wondering would it be alright for me to attend with my friend although we don't know the proper times to kneel and stand. Is it alright for us to go and just reverently sit or should we try and learn when to kneel and stand. I just don't want to disrespect anyone seeing as this is a faith i do believe in.

I have a little Mini Daschund Mini Poodle mix and she is about 15 pounds and i was wondering what length of leash is the best for her. The place i buy them has them in either a 3ft or 5ft. Which is the better length for her? Does the length matter or is it personal preference?
