The marijuana test was 302 one day and 620 the next. Can anyone explain this? Its my step kid and I'm wondering how often he smokes for these levels. He doesn't know I know the levels. Will he pass a drug test for probation 12 days after these tests?

It's a dual unit for upstairs and downstairs. We had it on cool upstairs and heat downstairs. I think this locked up the system. It has a Honeywell Universal Mini Controller. Thermostats seem to be working. I've checked all the breakers, reset them. How to I reboot the system, is it as simple as pressing purge override and boot or is there more to it? Is it time to call a pro?
