My boyfriend trusts me completely and doesn't want secrets in between us, so he told me that when he was 11, he inappropriately touched his at the time 8 year old sister for a while until they realized it was wrong. He was homeschooled and his mom would rarely let him have any social interaction (so it's not his fault) so he never had contact with girls and was curious - there were no ill intentions, and he never forced her to do anything. It also never went beyond just touching with hands. He said that he and his sister had a long talk about it and that she forgave him and realized that it was due to their circumstances. He told me this because our relationship is getting serious and he doesn't want to hide things from me at all. I don't know what to think about all of this though... I know he didn't do it to abuse or hurt his sister, plus he was just a kid when it happened, and I know that he's not a bad person, but it's still an unsettling thought. He didn't have to tell me this, either, so I know he's not lying about anything - if he was going to lie about it, he just wouldn't have told me at all. Still, it creeps me out to know that he did this. I just want some opinions on how you all night handle the situation. Thanks!

It's a really horrible thought to know that he did this, but I know that it wasn't because he is a terrible person or anything, plus he was just a kid when it happened. He didn't have to tell me this, either, so I know he's not lying about any of the story - if he was going to lie about it, he just wouldn't have told me at all. Still, it creeps me out to know that he did this and I don't know what to think. I guess I just want some opinions on what other people might do in this situation. Thanks so much!

I've had my license for almost 4 years, and I've always been a careful driver, but yesterday, I got into an accident. It was rush hour and an 18-wheeler rear ended me when we were stopped in traffic. The back windshield shattered and the trunk was completely destroyed. I saw it coming, too, but there was absolutely nothing I could do since the traffic in front of me was stopped. I was checked out at the hospital, and I was very lucky to have sustained few injuries after being hit by such a huge vehicle. The thing is, I'm now very scared to drive. I have to drive that freeway for an hour each way for work every day but I'm so scared, mainly because the situation was completely out of my hands and all I could do was sit there and wait to be hit because I couldn't move. Does anyone have advice as to how I can get over this fear? I know it will fade away over time, but right now I'm just so scared.

Every time I have sex with my boyfriend, it hurts me really bad. It's like a burning pain at the opening and then just uncomfortable further up in there. He is well endowed - his girth and length are both several inches above average, but no matter how slow we go, it doesn't change anything and sex always ends in frustration. He was never properly educated due to insufficient homeschooling from his dad, and I was in all AP history classes throughout high school and took many history classes in college. He does know quite a bit, but it just grates on my nerves when he dismisses anything I have to say about the topic because he thinks his knowledge is superior. We generally don't talk about history, but since it's a big interest of his, it does come up on a regular basis. Again, I really care about him and don't want to sound mean, but this is just so annoying to me! Any advice is welcome!

We've been together about a year and just started seriously talking about the future. His career choice will force him to travel if he wants to make good money, so he would be gone for more than half of every year. I am really close to my family and would not want to travel with him, but he's put everything into this career and has been working towards it long before we met, so he's not going to change his mind about traveling, and I don't want him to give up everything for me. I really want to be with him, but I know that the long distance thing will not work for me. I'm just that type of person. Neither of us wants to break up, but we also don't think that we will be able to have a future, either, and it would just be harder to break up in the future when he actually has to leave. What do you think I should do?

So I've been dating a guy for about a year now, and we recently started talking about the future. My boyfriend and I started having sex about two months ago, and it has always been painful for me. He is rather well-endowed, with his girth being thicker than my wrist and his length a little above average, so I'm wondering if perhaps the size is what causes the pain? I have always been able to use tampons just fine, and I am able to put my own fingers up there, but when it comes to him putting any part of his body in there, it's just painful for me. So I've been working at an ice cream store for about one week and already decided that I wanted to quit. The other employees are rude, I didn't receive proper training and am expected to do know how to do everything already, and there are some stupid company policies. Today, I had to call in and ask off because I had a horrible migraine, and then they told me that I am required to bring in a doctor's note when I wasn't even planning on going to the doctor for it. They made a big fuss over the whole thing, and I understand that it's the policy but I find it ridiculous. I am a college student saving up for my rent in the fall and don't have money to spare on unneeded trips to the doctor. I'm very fed up with the whole job and the people I have to deal with and just want to quit outright. I know that the manager has interviews lined up, so my quitting won't really put a damper on the business. I know it's technically rude to quit without notice, but I see no reason to show them respect when they've shown me none.

So my brother (who is 22 now) and I were having a very deep conversation yesterday, and he brought up the fact that when he was 9, he inappropriately touched our younger sister (who was 6 then) for several months. I'm 9 years older than my brother, so I was out if the house when this was occurring and never knew that it was happening (neither did my parents) Normally, I would be extremely concerned about this, and I still am to an extent, but the thing is that my parents would not allow us to go to public school and we lived in a secluded area of the mountains, so my brother rarely had contact with any - especially girls - so he was curious. He told me that he realized it wasn't right but didn't realize how awful it was for a while. He and my sister talked about it, and he profusely apologized and told her that he never should have done it and didn't know that it was abuse. He also told me that she never told him no, but she also didn't know what was going on - not that that justifies it. Yet he was so young that I know that it wasn't a sexual thing and believe that he truly was just curious since he was so secluded and isolated, and he swore that he never had ill intentions and has not done it since and regrets it everyday. I love both of my siblings dearly and am at a loss for how to handle this. I feel like I'm maybe just making excuses for my brother since I care so deeply about him. I really advice and opinions on what to do and how I should proceed. Please help me out!

So I'm a freshman in college and I just moved in two days ago, but I already want to go home... My roommate is nice, but we don't really click. And I have suit mates who I share a bathroom with, and we get along okay but it's hard to carry on a conversation with them. Basically, I just feel really anxious all the time and feel really out of place here. I know it's only been a short time, but I really miss my mom and sister and just want to go home. Everyone says that it will get better when classes start and I'm busier, but I'm just really on edge and unable to relax at all. I can't even sleep without waking up every couple of hours and feeling sick to my stomach. I have always been super attached to my mom, and I know that a big part of this is being away from here. Can anyone give me any advice on how to calm down and try to be more comfortable here?

So I've watched my list of the shows I've wanted to watch, and I need some recommendations. I like the light hearted romantic comedies, such as ouran and my bride is a mermaid, but I would love to find something else similar to fullmetal alchemist, black butler, or blue exorcist. I like the ones with dark elements to them. Please only give me suggestions that are already finished; I don't really want to wait for episodes haha
