Hello I have a psychology exam tomorrow and a part of the test involves solving chi squares formulas and standard deviations. However every time I do the formula I get it wrong and I believe it is because I do not totally understand how to do square roots. for instants sometimes I will get a negative number which I then have to find the square root e.g -72 and I just get so confused. Please the most basic and simple explanation of finding square roots, it would help if you give and explanation when using a calculator.

Hi all I want to know is if the square root is the same for positive numbers and negative numbers. So if the square root for 6 is 36 would it be 36 for -6?

I am suppose to start driving lessons on this coming wednesday but have lost my provisional licences. Just in case I do not find it in that time, can I still proceed with my driving lessons and how do I go about applying for a new one.

Hello I want to do my life in the uk test, however I purchased the booklet in 2011 and now I am wondering if it would be fine for me to go ahead and revise from the 2011 book or purchase of 2012 revision book. I just think it might be the same thing. I plan to do the test asap, so no later than this year.

yes I am a student in university the thing is my flatmate takes pretty heavy drugs and now she is starting to prey on the more vulnerable flatmates for them to take drugs. What type of person does this? its ****** up you take drugs but trying to influence others because they know you are drunk really makes me furious. She always wants to go out with me but i dont want to associate with her?

my mum always tells me how proud she is of me as I am 21 and still a virgin at college/ uni and really hard working. But you know mums they think their child is the best at everything lol

since leaving school I have had really vivid dreams of this guy nothing nasty lol but enough to wake me up and think about him. We were friends for ages and he continusly told me he liked me but I he had a really big reputation of the popular guy that every girl wants and sleeps with and I avoided him because of that. Ok seriously this is a funny one. These days since starting college alot of boys go through my friends when they want to speak to me. The other day my friend told me a particular boy said he doesnt know how to speak to me and I am unapproachable! but yet still he speaks about me alot with my friend. This has been happening a lot. I am very friendly to everyone I meet I smile, laugh and make jokes just like the rest of my friends. I work with children and I am also a receptionist so this is really confusing. I am not a loud as my other friends but i still make the effort to be nice always. Why have I been labelled this way!!

I was sent to deliver something to this vicor/priece/old wize man it was lyk a scroll. Anyway close to my journey was a maaasssive tree with massasive roots. I was climbing on them to get over to the wise man and a lady was giving me a hand but i kept saying i cant do this climing over the roots/ mountain. Then I finally got their with support and the wize man was giving a talk about keeping a look out for ppl-me. When i finally came off the roots of the tree evri1 clapped and congratz me.

My hair was badly texturised by a PROFESSIONAL! what should I do there is patches everywhere and I really don't know my next step I have been treating it but now I just feel like cutting off and starting again. I've lost my hair line and all the back of my right side as well as patches through out. I just look at it and feel so clueless.

I recently started working and i had some seriouse debt to clear up without any help but after the debt ive continusly contributed to the household eg paying bills, buying food, giving my mum money for travel and even buying her shoes and things to wear and money to do what she needs by herself but she dosent seem to appriciate it and this month she asked me to pay her phone bill the thing is i get paid first so she naturally asks me. I just want to treat myself without the guilt and unappriciative mum but that makes me feel guilty.

Hi I had a really X100 dramatic experience with a hairdresser and texturising kit-that's all I'm going to say. But since then my hair is thin and badly damaged and how I am feeling nobody is putting their hands back in my hair. I know now I need protein treatments along with constant moisturizing to get it back to scratch. As I wash a deep condition me hair gets really frizzy in the air drying process and I would like to know how do I tame that I don't mind curls.
