I'm going to try and be as brief as I possibly can.

December 1st I had sex (protection- condom only). I started my period on December 2nd. My period usually lasts 7 days but ended on December 6th. Exactly two weeks after having sex and 9 days after my period came to an end, I experienced dark brown spotting for 3 days accompanied with some very mild cramps (definitely not period-like cramping). Two days after the spotting ended, I noticed some more spotting when I wiped then nothing for the rest of the month. Since then, my taste and smell have sky rocketed. Certain smells bother me and certain foods I used to like taste terrible. I've also been dealing with random waves of nausea ranging from mild to almost flu-like but I never actually get sick. I'm also extremely tired through out the day, to the point where I have to take 3 naps in order to not feel like a zombie. I thought maybe these weird symptoms were premenstrual related but I'm not entirely sure. It's now a new month and I am expecting my period any day now. Usually a couple days before my period is due I get horrible, debilitating migraines. So far, nothing. I'm also experience a new, random symptom of period-like cramping. I have never had cramps like this before getting a period so I'm a little freaked out. I feel like I'm going to get my period any minute and keep going to the bathroom to check but so far, nothing. I'm wondering if I should wait these next couple days for a period or if I should test for pregnancy now. Any advice? Has any else experienced this? If so, did you end up pregnant or not? Thanks. :)

My 11 year old female cat had to have surgery last Tuesday (December 20th) for a lump located towards her left back leg. The lump was sent out for a biopsy and came back as a certain form of untreatable cancer. Since the incision was fairly big, she had to have a drain tube put in to help keep fluid from building up in the incision. She had the tube in for 3 days and then I had to return her to the vet to get it taken out. The vet let me know that the holes from the tubes would continue to drain, so there would be no need for me to worry. In those days her mood lifted and she was beginning to be her normal self. She was more active, her appetite went back to normal and she was being her cuddly, cute little self.

Today, she seems to be really lethargic. She hasn't been very active today and I haven't seen her eat or drink anything. She doesn't react when I pet her. In fact, she constantly looks groggy- Like she just woke up. I noticed her shaking a little today while laying on the couch and she acts like she doesn't even want to be touched, like it hurts to be pet. When I went to check on her later in the day I noticed she wasn't on the couch, instead she was behind it, laying down on a blanket. She's been hiding away ever since. When I go back to check on her she notices me and glances then goes back to trying to sleep. I've noticed that just putting my hand on her makes her tense.. which makes me think she's in some sort of pain. When I went to sit down she came out from behind the couch and tried hopping up a couple times but couldn't do it- And usually, she's able to do that with no problem since it's very low to the ground. Today, she struggled and right after trying to hop up, the holes where the drain tube used to be started leaking all over and she got blood tinged fluid all over a pillow she was standing on. Assoon as that happened, she freaked and went back behind the couch. I've been checking on her since. She's moved spots behind the couch but nothing else. She won't come out at all.

Is there a chance her incision could be infected and making her this way? She seemed perfectly fine yesterday and now today she's done a complete 360. I plan on taking her to the vet first thing tomorrow morning. Has anyone had any cats recovering from major surgery act like this? If so, what did it end up being?

Before I ask my question, I'll give everyone some background information. Sorry if it's TMI.

On July 1st I had sex. It was protected sex in the beginning, until the condom slipped off and got stuck inside me. Neither me or my boyfriend had felt or noticed it slipped off so it wasn't until he pulled out and reached climax that something didn't feel right. That was when I realized the condom was nowhere to be found. It was definitely one of those WTF moments. I know for a fact I was ovulating because my body had been giving me all the signs a couple days before. I really didn't want to go on the Plan B pill but my boyfriend kept pushing it on me. Finally, I caved and got it.. Take the first pill right away and the second pill 12 hours later. I took the first pill about 3 hours after the sex mishap. Then the next day took the second pill, but took it way more then 12 hours later. More like 18-20 hours later.

For the first few days I felt great and had no side effects or symptoms of the pill. Then on July 5th, I woke up with dark spotting but no cramps what so ever. I went on with my day and felt fine. July 6th I had some light spotting again, still very dark and still no cramps. Then, July 7th I had a light-average flow which I would consider my period, but no cramps. Of course this period was 2-3 weeks early. For the next two days I had horrible, debilitating cramps with heavy, ridiculous bleeding and small clots. I had a lot of pelvic pain and pressure July 8th and July 9th. By July 10th, the bleeding was nearly gone and I was only spotting. I was constipated the whole day and my pelvic area was extremely sore.. I could barely walk. I was also getting dizzy on and off and ended up with a really bad migraine all night. July 11th I had spotting and was really tired all day. My urine also started smelling really weird and was a lot darker then usual. This was also day 2 of being constipated yet I had quite the appetite and was hungry through out most of the day. July 12th I was irritable and moody and really felt like any day I was going to get my period. July 13th I started feeling very lethargic and lacking energy. Even though I wasn't doing anything very productive, I constantly felt like I needed to nap. A lot. I also noticed that day, while getting ready to shower that my left hip is swollen feeling and a lot more cushioned then my right hip. I also started experiencing dull aches on and off through out my pelvis. Around this time, I've noticed more discharge and it sometimes feels like I've gotten my period. But when I go to the bathroom and wipe, there's no blood or anything.

Now.. onto now and the last couple days..

I understand this could all be effects from the Plan B pill. I know it's super strong and throws the body and my cycle out of whack. I read a lot of questions and answers and went on a lot of forums before posting this. But I still couldn't really find anything similar to what I've been experiencing these last couple days.

It's been almost over 2 weeks since I've taken the Plan B pill. I've noticed myself lacking in appetite, then craving ridiculous foods every other day. Yesterday morning, shortly after waking up I got so nauseous I thought I was going to throw up. The feeling eventually subsided but later in the evening came back for a short while then went away again. I've had a pressure underneath my belly button for a few days now. It started out as an ache but now is tender if I press down even the slightest bit. It almost feels like gas, but I really don't think it is since I've never experienced that feeling directly underneath my bell button before. My stomach feels distended and my whole pelvic region feels tight. I'm definitely not a skinny girl, but I do feel like my stomach is a bit bigger. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these feelings, especially 2 weeks after taking the Plan B pill. I did take a pregnancy test about a week and a half ago and it was negative. I'm wondering if I should take another one. Or if I should just wait for my next period.

Does anyone have any advice or info? Or similar experiences? And if so, was it because of the pill or did it turn out to be something else? The whole "full" feeling in my belly is a bit unnerving. Mostly because I don't know what's going on. I have taken the Plan B pill before (a year ago) and never experienced anything like this ever. Some peace of mind would be nice.

Approximately 2 days ago, I started feeling a dull pain in the lower eyelid of my right eye. It didn't really hurt that much so I didn't think anything of it. It was more annoying then anything. When I went to bed and woke up the next morning (which was yesterday) I could barely see out of my eye. There was some crusting around my eyelid, but seemed to form mostly on my eyelashes. Keep in mind this ISN'T happening around my tear duct. It's the opposite side of my eye.

The pain has significantly increased to where I can't even touch it anymore. It's extremely tender and sensitive and hurts the most when I blink. It feels bruised, almost as if I got hit in the eye by a baseball. Of course no outside bruising or discoloration is visible. The white of my eyes are white and clear so I've kind of ruled out pink eye. Really, the only redness found is when I pull my lower eyelid down.. It looks extremely irritated but I can't find anything out of the ordinary that sticks out- like a bump or a lump. My eye doesn't itch or burn either and every once in a while my eye will randomly get really dry then start tearing a lot. I thought maybe it was a cyst but I can't find anything. My inner eyelid is so red and inflamed I can't see anything or be sure that there is or isn't anything there. I know its possible to have a bacterial infection, but I'm not even sure what I could possibly have..?

I've been applying hot compresses to my eye.. It slightly eases the pain for a mere few seconds and then the pain returns. I've tried lubricating eye drops and even went to the store for eye wash solution and an eye cup. I don't feel a difference. I don't have any health insurance and was hoping this would be going away on its own though I get the feeling it won't. I've never had any issues with my eyes before, so this is a little unnerving. I guess my best bet is to go see a doctor, but I figured I'd ask on here too.. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had this problem with their eye. And if so, what did you do to make it better?

I am currently in the process of setting up a little online shop specializing in handmade cat toys, collar charms and all sorts of cute kitty accessories. The only problem I'm having is coming up with a name for my shop. I really want something that's sweet and unique.. not something obvious and generic, like "The Fat Cat" or "The Cat's Meow" ..I've seen way too many shops with those names!

I'd like to think that the products I'm making are unique and a combination of colorful, cute, whimsical, kawaii and glittery. Some of my items are a little creepy-cute but mostly Halloween related.

I happened to come across a really cute shop called Deadly Sweet and really liked that name but unfortunately that's already taken. I'm kind of looking for a shop name along those lines if possible and preferably with 2-3 words. I don't really want something long.

I really want to know what you guys think and if you have any ideas for some cuter names. I'd appreciate any advice and input! The more ideas the better! Thanks so much <3

It has been a rough couple of months for me. I was on the birth control Yaz, taking it everyday as instructed. With my luck, the pills weren't effective and on October 5th I learned I was pregnant, at the time I was 24. Even though I was completely shocked, I was the only one excited about the news. My boyfriend showed very little support and was negative about the whole situation the majority of the time. He didn't want me keeping the baby, but never actually said those exact words to me- That was just the vibe he was sending me. I eventually became so stressed I started spotting, which eventually led to me bleeding (almost as though I was having a light period). With no insurance and without a job at the time, I as unable to find a doctor who would actually take the time to see me- even when I expressed fear that I may be having complications. I managed to find a free care clinic that was willing to give me a ultrasound, but that was about it. It was the week before Halloween that I got to see the life growing inside me for the first time and unfortunately, it was the last time too. Going on 9 weeks, I miscarried and was on bed rest for almost two weeks. I am still trying to heal emotionally, mentally... even physically. After a few weeks of having the miscarriage, I started feeling like I was ready to be intimate with my partner again. During that time, we had sex only two times, each time I took the Plan B emergency contraceptive- I didn't use any other protection with it. After the emergency pills ran out and afraid of becoming pregnant again, our sex life pretty much came to a halt. About a week after taking the emergency pills, I saw a doctor and started using the nuvaring, which I liked a lot because I didn't have to worry about forgetting or missing pills. For the first week it was in, we didn't have any sex. And during that time I found a decent job I am happy with and am slowly starting to move on with my life.

Around the 2nd week I had the nuvaring in, I started feeling different. Since I already knew the feelings of being pregnant, I started freaking out. I eventually calmed down and thought maybe its just the effects of the ring. But then I started getting symptoms I had only ever gotten from when I was pregnant the first time... Acid reflux.. hunger pangs, nausea through out the day. I have never in my life ever had acid reflux, except for when I was pregnant, so when I had it again, I started to worry. I decided to wait to take a test until it was time to take the nuvaring out. It's been out for a few days now, going on 4 days... and still, no period. I haven't even had any breakthrough bleeding or spotting. I took a pregnancy test this morning, one of those accu clear pregnancy tests (with the blue dye) and when I peed, it changed instantly into two solid blue lines in each section of the test. Unsure of what that meant, I looked it up online and found that many other people got the same results and they WERE pregnant. In the instructions, it says in one window there needs to be a solid blue line and in the other window a blue positive sign. But after looking online, everyone else who took the same test I did, had the same results as me. So now I'm wondering... am I pregnant again?
