I live in the U.S. and I'm going to Tokyo, Japan. I know they have similar outlets as the US, but I know some plugs won't fit. I was wondering if you can help me out.

I plan on taking my laptop and phone so I need my chargers to work over there. Will these work?

From previous records, 20% of all those making reservations do not appear for the trip. Answer the following questions, assuming that the passengers act independently.

Does iolo System Mechanic Professional come with a back up utility?

If so, is it able to create a complete "image" or "snapshot" of my hard drive in case my computer suddenly fails; or at least does it allow me to copy my programs (Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.)

If not, what programs, other than Norton Ghost and Acronis True Image, allow me to do this.

One other question: Am I able to copy my hard drive from my new computer onto my old computer (instead of copying the hard drive onto an external hard drive).

I'm asking this because I had ran the registry cleaner using CCleaner and the next day my computer did not start saying:

/windows/system32/config/system

windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:

/windows/system32/config/system

you can attempt to repair this file by starting windows setup using the original setup cd rom, select r at the first screen to start repair press 'r'

I fixed the problem by doing what it said, but now certain programs dont work.

I used to love CCleaner as I felt that it really helped my computer a lot, but now I'm afraid to use it at all.

So, can CCleaner corrupt the registry?

When I turned my computer on today I notcied that zonealarm did not start-up (even though I set the settings to do so)

Anyways, I tried opening the program and it doesnt want to open!

I've tried it so many times, I've restarted my computer and it still doesnt open!

I've had this product since July, 2007, and it had worked perfectly fine without any issues
