I'm in a nursing program at school and every class that I'm taking and going to take I have to speak in an auditorium full of people. Whenever it's my turn to go up I feel very jittery, my body shakes, my heart races a mile a minute, I feel like I'm going to faint or pass out, and I forget sometimes what I am going to say or don't explain well. I feel ashamed and get disappointed with myself because when i see other people present before or after me they can explain things way better and get up in front of people like its nothing. I want to get to the point where I'm a pro in speaking publicly with confidence. But I need advice from somebody who knows where I'm coming from.

I'm having trouble using google keyword tool especially since it changed. I need a keyword tool that' easy to use and free.

I wanted to figure out the phrase "post funds into an account", doesn't mean funds will be added, and does it mean I need to pay it back?

I;ve been trying to download music with this program but it won't connect to the internet. It suggests that I need to update my security software to let it access the internet but I don't know how. Does anyone have a clue?

I feel that men should respect all women of every form,background, and being. Just because a women have low self-esteem or no confidence doesn't give them right to treat them like crap!
