Can anyone tell me who owns or is responsible for the cables running in my garden (just above ground)?
whilst gardening I found 5 cables runningalong a hedge and a fence and have no idea what they are and why there are 5 etc, I would like to have them removed or at least checked if they are still needed etc, I called the number that is given on a post for help when digging in the garden but apparently they only help you locate cables to avoid accidents when digging. also I spotted a square green painted metal container type "thing" in the corner of one of my neignbors and suspect that the cables originate from there.

one wall is glass windows, the floor is hardwoodm I have put rugs all over the place and we have furniture but to no aavil, more than one conversation is impossible.
