was it like a high school drama, where one general said I will meet you at the meadow lands at sun rise. or was it random while marching and seeing other armies, or was it knowing a position of an army and then engaging... or I just might have answered my own question and saying all of the above.

I am a new home owner and i am unsure how it works, mainly because i have used it a lot in the past few days doing laundry and showers etc. and then all of a sudden my hot water turned to cold instantly, and i had to wait 2 hours until i was able to have hot water again. is this normal? how do water heater sexactly work. does it wait until the whole tank is empty to refill again and then reheat it. or am i going to run into problems soon? ( the water heater is only 6 years old. with a 6 year warranty.) any info or knowledge would be great thanks.

the bank is requiring us to get a year worth of Homeowners insurance . and i am asking what is the norm (interior wall to wall) without personal items included.. should i go with the condos exterior insurance companies to just have it uniform. ?

My mortgage lender needs a condo questionnare filled out for one of many process in order to get a loan. the condo association said that in order for them to fill it out. they need to send it to their lawyer to check and also write the condo assocation a check for 250$ for lawyer costs.

My question is.... is this a normal practice or did we just get stiffed 250$ to just have them fill out the form and not have them even send it to there lawyer to get checked.?

My account is up for renewal in Sept. and in 2010, i did the 39.99 before they bumped up the prices to 59.99.. so does this mean on my upcoming renewal in 2011 will renew (locked in forever at) 39.99 again, or was that just for the sept 2010, and will be charged full price on this upcoming renewal?
