she rents an apartment above his house its no smoking so when her b-friend visits he goes out to smoke the land lord yelled at him for walking on the stairs and told him he had to leave,i was over watching a movie and he sent my daughter a text saying to shut up,the kitchen sink backed up into the bathtub and she called everyday for 4 days to have it fixed and he only said its done this before,she couldnt wash dishes or shower i called him and told him the smell was aweful and he needed to fix it he came up and started slamming doors a few hours later he finally called a plummer,this is my daughters first place she is only 20 and 6 months left on her lease,he also bangs on the floor and texts her when she gets off work at 1130 pm and wants to shower or eat

i was gonna try starting it in neutral but it wont shift,and yes he said it ran fine on the way home
