I can usually read people easily but I just can't read this guy. He is a few years younger than me so maybe that is part of the problem....but he seemed to be interested in me and we hooked up a couple times. Rather than calling me he would have his friends (who I know too) call or email me and ask me to hang out with everyone. Well, now he acts real standoffish for no reason. One of his friends said it was because he really started to like me a lot and it scared him. I think he just lost interest but it is very awkward because we still see each other from time to time with the same crowd. Do guys really run when they develop feelings and should I just forget about him??

I took my kitten to a vaccine clinic about 6 weeks ago for his rabies and feline leukemia shots. I am having him neutered next week. Unfortunately, I can not find the rabies certificate. He has to have that before surgery. Will it hurt him if they have to give him another shot before being neutered. He is about 5-6 months old now so I don't want to wait much longer to get him fixed. His private parts have dropped and he is constantly trying to run outside now.

I moved in across the street from my sister and 9 year old nephew to help them out on occasion. Yesterday, we were all at my mom's house and I went to take a shower. He came in, opened the door and took a picture of me naked in the shower. I quickly covered up, got out and went to tell my sister and mom to do something. My sister told my nephew to go play his new video game and told me not to tell her how to discipline her son. Now both my mom and sister are mad at me for getting upset. It showed a total lack of respect for me and my privacy. He is 9 and still showers and sleeps with his mom so she does not think it is a big deal for him to see me nude. She also said I should just get over it because he didn't get a very good picture anyway. I feel totally violated. Am I wrong in thinking he should be punished or at least they both should apologize to me???

I am not irresponsible. I charged up about $11,000 on a bank of america card in an effort to save my cat's life. He was attacked by a dog and was my son (i don't have human kids) for 12 years. Anyway, I was 2 days late on a payment and they bumped my interest rate to 31%. I couldn't afford the payments. I hired a debt reduction company but B of A continues to call me and says they refuse to work with them. They threatened to garnish my wages and take my house. They claim I used my house as collateral when I got the card, but that is an outright lie. I don't care about my credit score right now. I just want to get out of debt. Also, they are now saying I owe $22,000 rather than the $11,000 I charged. Any advice??? Can they take my house or wages?????

About 4 months ago, I hired a company to stain my concrete floors in my living room and hallways. They came in and jacked up my floors. They left 3 inches at every doorway where there was no stain and they had cut out the carpet too much. In addition, they never sealed it so a drop of water takes the color out of the floor and turns it from brown to yellow. I had called the sales guy after they left my home claiming to be finished and explained how it looked like a 6 year old did it and asked what they were going to do to fix it. He said he would check with the owner and get back to me. I didn't hear anything for 2 1/2 months then the sales guy called demanding payment. I told them I wasn't paying for a job that was never finished and that I had to spend twice as much money trying to fix what they messed up. The owner then sent me an invoice saying that if I didn't pay in 2 days they were putting a lien on my house. Can they do that and what do I do to get it removed?

My 11 year old sweet orange tabby was attacked by a dog on Thursday. I took him to the vet where he has been on IV fluids. They have done x-rays and a sonogram but found no internal injuries. He drinks on his own but will not eat. I have been feeding him with a syringe but his creatine levels are rising. Yesterday, he was acting more normal but still didn't eat on his own. I took him in to the vet this morning and they want me to leave him for several days and possibly put a feeding tube in. The problem is he gets really depressed when he is not with me or my other cat and that could make him not eat on his own. I don't want him to have a tube surgically put in if it is not necessary. He is my baby and I want him better. Any advice??? Does it sound right or is the vet just trying to make more money off me -- I have already paid over $1200. My cat's health is more important that $$ I just don't want him to go through unnecessary surgery.

I am having my living room and hallway floors stained. I found a company that is removing my carpet and staining and sealing the concrete underneath. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats so this is a must!!! I have hounded the sales guy with so many questions, I don't want to bother him again, haha. If you have had this done before, can you tell me how long after the project is completed do I have to wait before I can stay in the house. I know it has to air out, I am just not sure for how long.

That a child who does not want to visit their father can petition the court to dissolve visitation??? My nephew is 8 and his father was not a part of his life until he turned 7. At that time, he forced his visitation rights on my nephew. It has been very difficult on him because he has never had a relationship with his dad and dad would not agree to starting things slowly. My sister has a stack of CPS reports but they always tell her there is nothing they can do and close the cases. This man gave my nephew 7 jello shots and sent him to the carnival by himself. He has pictures of my nephew on his website with him chugging from a liquor bottle. Apparently it is legal to give your young child alcohol in the state of Texas. My nephew cried himself to sleep last night because he has to go with his dad today. He asks my sister why she doesn't protect him from having to go. He is now having to see a therapist because of the situation and his dad makes fun of him for it. Heartbreaking

I just want to know what my true heritage is. All my relatives ever say is European descent, but I want to know what country. Can anyone help? I don't want to pay for one of those websites because I just want to know my surname origin. My last name is "Click" which may have been shortened from something else at a time. It is impossible to do a google or yahoo search because virtually every website has the word click on it somewhere. Help please!

I got a Garage door opener for Christmas and have it installed except for the wiring. The diagram does not match the wires in my house. The house was built in 2006 and pre-wired for the garage door opener. However, the wires coming out of the ceiling are blue white and black but then there are also some that are half green half white and half orange half white. I have a friend that is in school to become an electrician but even he was stumped by the wires. Does anyone know what the match up would be, it is a Genie brand door opener and a DR Horton house???? PLEASE, I don't have $100 to pay Home Depot to do it.

I looked through the questions that seem to be answered by people that have never owned a home because they say just move. I closed on my home a year ago and have 2 years before I can sell or refinance (in the contract). I thought a HomeOwner's Association would be good to keep the value of my home and not have dumptrucks or trash in the yards next door. I have received the most ridiculous violation notices. I got one for not watering (after 30 straight days of rain when everything was soaked). I also got one for my b/f parking at the curb. They told me to park it in the driveway. I did and then got a violation for the car being in the driveway. They did an inspection and left muddy footprints all over my yard. When I called to complain they said they are the HOA and can do what they want including trespassing in my back yard and there is nothing I can do. This doesn't seem right to me. Also, there are no homeowners on the board, only DR. Horton employees.

My boyfriend and I bought a house together in January. It is almost November and he has only helped me with 2 mortgage payments. I am struggling and racking up credit card debt while he "looks" for work. He got one job for about a month but the owner of the company never paid him so he quit. Then he got another job but after 2 months said they didn't need him anymore. I have said I don't care if he gets a job at McDonalds or Taco Bell, I just need help with the bills. I don't want to split up our family, but he sees the stress all this causes me and then doesn't even call the job leads I give him. He also has a car he hasn't driven in 6 months (the registration is out and he can't pay for it without a job). He won't sell the car to help pay the mortgage, just prefers me to struggle or get a second job while he stays home and plays xbox.

I can tell a lot of people have this problem but the solutions aren't helping me. I recently got my dog back from my ex and he is crazy now. He was first in his obedience school class and I never had any problems with him. After leaving him with my ex for 6 months (we had 2 dogs and didn't want to split them up), he is now so destructive. When I leave, he destroys blinds, doors, even my checkers set. I have tried desensitizing him again to my goings and comings. I also tried to re-crate train him. The first crate was metal and he bent all the bars around until he was able to squeeze out. The hard plastic crate wasn't any better. He somehow figured out a way to remove the door and get out. I tried leaving him in the yard, but he broke boards on the fence to get out. Please someone, any advice??? I work a full time job so being at home all day is out of the question. I do not want to give up on him and he has been through enough. I can't afford to replace everything.
