I need to change the IAC valave on my dodge stratus do I need special tools and how do I do it? The car is stumbling at idle especially when the air is on I have changed TPS,PVC, Plugs and the CAM Shaft Sensor and Oil Sending unit still have the problem.. Friends says change IAC that it is prob clogged (124,000 Miles 2.4 DOH Vin X) yes timing and water pump was changed at 85,000

We live in the state of Florida. My husband was at a job that on a daily basis was literally screamed at by his boss and was cursed at called names and made fun of for his disability by his boss and other workers. The boss screams at everyone in this way, using the F word and multiple curse words, and called people demeaning and immoral things. They do not provide the proper safety equipment or tools or supplies to complete a job and they take short cuts on other things. They was made aware of my husbands disability before he started and aware of all medical conditions and then proceeded to make fun of him. I'm not looking to make money off of them but would like to know if their is away to report this abuse to stop it from happening to current and future employees.

just got finished having my taxes prepared. The IRS Office prepared them. I filed Injured Spouse due to my husband owes back taxes on the Injured Spouse form the agent Listed me as the injured spouse allocated 2dependents to me and 1 to my husband however I noticed that he allocated 1,000 (child tax credit) to my husband and none of the credit to me did he mess up? I need to know about how much I will get back and he could not answer that and I did not notice the above til I got home. here is the Details:

EIC: Was 2001

Making Work Pay Credit: 800.00

Child Tax Credit: 1000.00

The refund owed to us came back as $3076.00 can any tell me how much I will get?

I have to file injured spouse this year. My husband owes back taxes from before we was married(he is on a payment plan) We live in florida. I made 90 percent of the income mine being around 22,000 his only 3500 (self employment) We get EIC. I have a child that lives with me that is not his biological child. I have semi finished my return and so far the refund should be around 3000. How much do you think I should get back?

My Husband owes back taxes from before we was married. This year (2010) is the first year we file married and joint because we just got married. Will they take my taxes to pay his previous debt?

I posted this earlier but left out details. My Brother-n-Law is a musician. He did not file taxes ( I know its wrong but he is trying to make it right) He now of course has to go back and file. He has only 1099 Misc forms from the establishments so this would got to go 1049-R got that. Where we are confused is deductions can he file: Mileage (on his personal car) to the gigs, Hotel Expenses, Musical Equipment & Repairs, Vechicle Maintenance & repairs. Gas, Tolls and food cost incured for gigs? and if there is anything I missing? Also should he file 1099 Misc forms for the other musicians that he paid in the band (being he didnt do them in time for 1/31 of that year) or would he be more penilized for doing them late?

My husband is a musician. He played with a brother in the band. The establishment in which they worked would pay his brother (W-9) in his brothers name. Then his brother would write him personal check for his portion of the pay. Come to find out his brother has not filed tax returns for ten years! Now he is telling my husband that he is going to the irs and he is filing taxes for the previous years and is going to 1099 my husband for the amount past due. I filed my husband ( we was not married so I filed signle and him as a dependent cause I paid all his bills) as a dependent last year he did not have any income other than these few which was not on a w-2 or w-9 or 1099 in his name gigs. I thought that in this situation wouldnt the brother be an employer if he is going to try to say he paid my husband for work and there for this would not quailify a 1099. My husband did not file taxes for 2008 again no income on w-2 w-9 or 1099 and he was injured so did not have a job. Please let me know what you think can happen in this situation can the brother force my husband to pay taxes?

I'm getting ready to dye my hair in a couple of days. The dye is from Sally's and I'm using a 20 Developer. (I know how to mix it I have done this before but been awhile) The thing I can't remember is, after dyeing it do I wash it? and I know i should use deep conditioner after wards any recommendations on which one?

I started driving the oil light went off I was only five minutes from home so when I got in the drive way out the car in park it came back on. I checked the oil the next morning it is full, but left the car at home all day started the light did not come on. Today drove to work the light did not come on all day that day then, today it flickers for a second when im stop but then goes right back out. I have changed the TPS Sensor, the thermostat, the timing belt (regular maintenance), water pump, Oil Sending Unit (about a year ago) Plugs & wires (about a year ago). Sometimes when I come to a stop it idles funny stumbles like it is going to die then kicks right back up. No check engine light has come on, and I get my oil changed like clock work every 3000 miles. Any ideas on what I should check?

My engine light came on on my 04 Stratus (2.4L DOHC Vin X) took it to Auto Zone got scan said engine coolant temp to cold. I had the light cleared it went out. Bought a Coolant tempature Sensor and replaced it started the car light came back on (light was not on before replacement. Went back to have it scanned now its saying engine coolant to hot and they could not get the light to clear any suggestions? The car does not seem to be overheating or anything

I have a 04 Dodge stratus and I read my manual and it states that the timing belt does not need to be replace until 96,000 miles. However my question are these free running engines or interference engines. I know this make a difference if the belt breaks.

I have an 04 Stratus with 68,000 miles on it. The oil sending unit has been changed also plugs and wires. When Im driving it is fine but when I stop and put the car in park it idles funny and the rpms jump up and down and sometimes it almost dies then revs back up. No check Engine light or any other light comes on. Can it be the throttle position sensor? If this is malfunctioning can it cause the engine to rev up and idle erratically when in park?

Me and my BF has been together for awhile now and one night after a few drinks he say we are going to get married someday and that he would marry me right now! I have a 04 Stratus 2.0 Liter Engine. Yesterday when I was driving and stopped at a light the oil light came on. Istarted driving and the oil light went off but when I stopped again it came back on. I stopped and put a court of oil in and the light didnot come back on but in the past when I stop and the car changes back to idling speed it sputers almost like it is going to die the oil light flickers but it would immediatly correct its self and the light go out help!!!

I just purchased a 2004 Dodge Stratus and everyone is telling me that they are horrible cars it has low mileage less than 45,000 and everything is in working order they also gave me a 6000 mile warranty. Does anyone know of this car and can you tell me any good things?
