    I'm looking for some flat walking trails in Thousand Oaks, CA... I have newborn twins and I'd like to take them out for some walks in our stroller... however, I live in a hilly area of North Ranch.   • Selling Property - Notifying Tenants?

    Is there any legal requirement for notifying apartment tenants that their building is being put up for sale? Of course, we will be notifying all of our tenants by snail mail as an FYI, but I was just trying to figure out if I need to send certified letters, or if regular will suffice.

  • Has Anyone Out There Made Turkey Stock?

    I made a recipe for Turkey Stock last night, and put it into the refrigerator over night to let the fat coalesce at the top. This morning, the whole thing had turned to the consistency of jello - is that right?? I had expected something more like canned chicken broth, and am not sure if I should throw away my batch of Stock??

  • Need help with an electric dryer outlet ;)?

    I'm trying to order an stackable electric washer/dryer unit, but I'm not sure if I have the necessary outlet (needs a 30-AMP outlet, right?). I have a strange-looking outlet, that looks like a standard US Grounded outlet, but the flat holes are horizontal instead of vertical.
