I love Jesus. I love food. I love my wife. I love answering questions. I love finding answers to questions I don't know. I love my puppy. I love movies. I probably love you too. Even if you're a rude-head.

  • Why does my pee smell so remarkably like Golden Crisps after I've had some?

I'm very aware of my body's routine aromas, and I very distinctly recognize when something is off. I notice the difference in urine smell with only three thing: Golden Crisps, coffee (if I drink it quickly), and gauifenesin (Mucinex). It's uncanny how similar my pee smells like these things. Why?

  • Why is it not possible to take IQ tests for free?

I ve never taken one, and I ve always been curious about it. Everywhere I ve looked says it needs to be administered by an accredited educational psychologist or through Mensa, and they re SO expensive! What is it about IQ tests that makes it impossible to take a legitimate one online for a cheaper price?

  • Why are pronounceable, abbreviated words, regarding one s country of origin, considered offensive? i.e. "Jap" "Paki"?

I ve recently read that the word "Paki" is a racial slur regarding Pakistani people. I learned this while looking for an answer as to why the word "Jap" was considered a racial slur. For me, these are just the names of their countries shortened. To my ears, they re nowhere near the intensity of words like "******" or "****". Apparently, they are. Why?

  • Is my tattoo over-worked?

I received my 7th tattoo yesterday afternoon. The artist used the same needle for the entire piece. It is Greek text from my elbow almost to my wrist. It is one word at about 72 point font. In my previous tattoos I remember them being raised form the skin considerably in the days following application, and then settling back to nearly flush with the un-tattooed skin. With this one, the text is actually indented into my skin as if it were carved into my arm. When viewed from the side, I can see what looks like little trenches cut into my arm. The artist did not use an outline. What little I saw of his needle looked like three needles grouped closely beside each other spanning about the width of a penny. When I dab it dry after cleaning it, there is very little blood visible. There is, however, a LOT of ink that comes off. I am a little worried that it may scar badly and discolor. Am I worried about nothing, or will I need to get this looked at more closely? I have no image available (sorry). Thank you.

  • Why won't Flash games work on my laptop?

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad V570. For some reason most Flash games won't work properly on it. In most cases the game will load, but it won't get past that screen. I have tried uninstalling the player and reinstalling. My Flash is current on all of its updates. Is there something I can do to fix this?

  • Bald patch on my puppy's rear?

She is 9 months old and has a docked tail. The patch starts from the end of her nub and stretches toward her back about six inches in a 1-inch wide straight line. I've just inspected it, so I have not been to the vet yet. There is no bleeding, fleas, or roughness. The long hairs are all that is missing, and the soft, lower layer of fur is still there. She does not seem to be scratching or chewing that area with any kind of emphasis. She has a healthy diet and weight. She is mostly an indoor dog spending less than 3 hours outdoors per day. I have not looked into it until now because it looked like just a weird cowlick. Anyone know what's going on?
