I found out a company I was working for was recording all my conversations and that the boss frequently checked to see what we were talking about? No one notified me about this activity until a while after I've been at the company. I'm in NYC, is this legal?

My bf is in Afghanistan and the deadline is coming up to send gifts to him. We're going to celebrate Christmas when he gets home in January but I want to send him something. Would cookies and brownies, etc. be too cheesy or should I send something more meaningful and what? I hate shopping for men in general!!

I am interested in applying for a grant to open up a former community center btu I don't know who owns the property at the moment. I'm in New York City, how do I ago about getting that information?

I have been with my bf for about 3 months and when we first got together, he was like the marathon man in bed. I had to take a break from him during sex because i would be so sore. He would go for hours. Also, he's 21 and I'm 27.
