I am served in the army for 5 years and got out in July of 2004. I am classified as 70% service connected disabled as this is due to lower back disk problems that I have had since air assault school in 2003. Of the 70% I am rated as 20% for my back and 50% (functional) PTSD. Over the past 6 months I have been receiving those epidural injections in my back, and it has allowed me to get stronger and now just about off morphine. I am wondering, if all keeps on this course of recovery, and fully recover, I could go back in the army?. Yes, I understand I would have to gather my documentation, and go through MEPS all over again for medical screening ect… so is it not only possible, but does it happen? Or am I just having false hope of getting back in…

I have just learned that my ex wife accessed my gmail account to look at my emails, and chat coversations. She then forwarded my private conversations to her email and family. At the begining of our divorce she installed a password capturing software on my computer (with out my knowledge or consent). With that, then violated my privacy. What can I do about this? is what she did illegal and if so what can i do to prosuocute ? Is there anything i can really do?

Just seen a former MP soldier saying in an interview that he beat Iraqi prisoners of war. Can he be brought up on charges or not? Or can i go and make some stuff up and get media attention and have no repercussions?

My daughter just turned 5 and her mother and I are divorced. At my home there is a seperate bedroom for her with her own bed, however, she does not want to sleep here as she wants to sleep next to me and not ever in her own bed.

At her mothers house she does not have her own room, and sleeps right next to her mother. To complicate this they have been living in the mother's parents house for the past few years, hence no other room other than the living room as a possibility for my daughter. But none the less still sleeps in the mothers bed.

The problem is that each time my daughter is to stay here over night for my visitation, it is quite an ordeal to get her to sleep in her own bed. My question is to know that yes her sleeping with her mother still at the age of 5 maybe frowned upon, however, am I wrong to feel upset about this? If so, is there any legality to this behavior?

I am cautious about this gray area, as I have always asked that god keep one hand on my shoulder and the other hand over my mouth. Before I say anything about this, I am wanting your take on this.

We lived in Texas, till in 2006 she was fed up with taking care of her disabled combat vet for and left me. She took our 1 year old with her to her live with her parents in the state of CT. I am disabled from the military 70%. I have a tottally screwed back to put it mildly, on morphine and cannot keep a steady job due to this injury. Now after I moved up here in an attempt to get back together for our daughter's sake, she used that against me and drained my bank account, and force me out in the cold Jan 1st 2008...homeless in a state i have never been to and have no family here. Now after being divorced, she gets near 30% of my combat disibility pay... I can barley make it... she lives bill free with her parents and is able to work. I on the other hand don't get much as you have seen in the video above. What am I to do? Now she is taking me to court to revoke my over night visitation with my daughter...

I move across the country to be in my daughters life and be a good dad. I try and get any time with my daughter, and always pay child support fully, never missed. Lots of so called fathers out there don't pay anything nor spend any time with their babies and get away scott free... i'm here and am a good father. why is it a good father gets pushed away, and using our own child to serve me a court summons??? please, any help i'd be most greatful.

I can't afford to live in any apartment. I am a disabled iraqi vet, and disabled to the point where I cant work. Only income is 978 a month in disability...400 of it goes to child support... currently 200 for a car payment... 100 for insurance,200 gas a month, 50 for cell phone... currently for rent 550+utilites... I can't live in my car.. so need a SUV. If i live in my vehicle i can then save that rent exp, and have 28 dollars left a month to buy food... I have never owned a suv and need to know which is one that i can sleep comfortably in and live. This is my reality.

In court its always "His word against her word" and with out any proof, goes no where. I am in a divorce case, and my wife is defiantly restricting / preventing access of me to my child. She will only let me come over to her house and visit supervised by her, for one hour, when convient to her, once or twice a week. I am being treated like I am a molester/abuser. I am being raped of my rights as a father. My daughter is 3, and I was a stay at home dad for the first year of her life. I have done nothing wrong ethicly, morally or legally. Our marriage has broken down beyond recovery. Although she may be mad at me, don't take it out on our daughter. No one belives that she would do such a thing. Family calls me a jerk for even accussing her of doing such.Her word against mine. But I have proof. I record the phone conversations, showing how bad the emotional abuse is to me and my daughter.I have proof that there is emotional harm being done, and that I cant see her but yet I can't use it??

I was in Iraq from march 03 thru april 04 and got out of the military shortly after returning. I have intrusive memories, and flashbacks that are uncontrolable. I am being treated by the VA for this. I'm rated at 70% disiblity for this. It is hard for me to belive what is goin on in my head. I was a sound, and excellent nco during my time. I guess I am looking to connect with someone that was there and can relate. I have lost my marriage due to this and fustrated by why I can not control this. So hard to fall asleep every night. Surf the internet till I am exhausted every night till I fall asleep, to keep me here in this world vs. in a intrusive memory. Is there anyone, that understands me? Am I connecting with anyone?

What brand of processor should I go with? If I select AMD or Pentium at the same clock speed, what's the difference between them?

Other then AMD being less expensive, if clock speeds are the same, dual core to dual core ect... whats the diff? and why?

pulled a spark plug on a 99 dodge stratus 2.4L with 83,000 miles. that spark plug was coverd with engine oil all over it. however there is no smoke coming out my exhaust and the engine sounds like it is running fine. any help?

I am a 25 year old disabled Iraqi War Vet. I have encountered many difficulties in recieving compensation from the military since my honerable discharge in June of 2004. My claim for PTSD was denied a few months ago from the VA. I recived no correspondence of this decision. I had to make an inqury to find out my self that I had been denied.

I have lasting mental effects from my experience in Iraq. The VA Psychologist diagnosed me with PTSD. While in Iraq I have witnessed people having all their limbs blown off and my fellow soldiers injuried severly from suiside vehicle bombers, with pictures to prove. I have have been thru roadside bombs, suside vehicle bombs, and shot at several times. As a Sergeant I let my team thru fire fights, as documented on my NCOER'S. 3 of my fellow friends and NCO'S were killed in Karabala.Why is this process so difficult? Am I the only one? Why are claims with such evidence being denied? Why are there soldiers being left behind, used, and forgotten?

Is it normal for a boy about to turn 3 to tell his mommy,"i want boobies" and to "take your shirt off". He then rubs them and always says "my boobies"... I don't belive she breat feeds him, but then again I am not around my girlfriend that much to see If she does or not. But I have seen that which I have mentioned. What I found troubleing is that he throws a tantrum if she won't take her shirt off, and let him rub her boobs. So what's you're verdict? Am I crazy to think that this behavior from a soon to be 3 year old boy is not healthly? I brought this to her attention, and she just about flipped out and cried that I asked this on yahoo answers. She replied saying, it is her body and her choise. She also said that he would grow out of it, just as he will not poo his pants forever.
