I have been doing cold calling for long time, but I can't make money with it. I do all kinds of techniques but prospectives act totally cold ,and they never show any interest.

As usual, the head of department have good sales but the rest do not have much sales.

Can you help diagnose the problem ? Is it simply some people are given existing clients' base and the rest not ?

How can I properly qualify my leads ?

I sell conferences for oil and gas companies. I call and call prospects ,but I always get "Not interested". They don't even invest in learning more about what I try to sell them.

I noticed a trend in different companies in sales department. I feel there is a nasty secret am not being told in each job.

Everyone in the department gets 1 sale once in a month or 2. The head of the department gets a sale every week!!!

Could it be that company is giving them the hot leads and the rest get cold leads ? If yes, what benefits the company get if the others keep calling clients but no body is buying that often ?

What do you look at to recognize an Arab in job applications , dating apps or appearance ?

For example, name , skin color ,etc...

What if those boys one day decided to stop dating foreign girls, would you be happy if you fell in love with a guy and he said he doesn't want to date you because of bad experience, would this make you feel happy ?

Those boys came from countries where females are less in population ,so why not thank God that even if you cannot find a white boy you can still get a boy who could become loyal to you.
