I have a question for professional translators. I am interested in breaking into the translation market (German to English). I recently upgraded my HD and transferred my jukebox music (which I payed full price for) to my new HD. Unfortunately, they now appear as subscription tracks and are unplayable. I sent a message to support, but have received no response after more than a week. Does anyone know how I can make these tracks playable again? I still have my receipts for the music in my inbox.

This morning, as I was preparing to leave home, I found a dent in my street-parked car. There was a note on the car telling me the license number of an "old woman" who hit my car and then drove off. I reported the incident to the police, and later went back home. On a hunch, I thought I would drive up and down the street just to see if the offending license tag was around. Turns out, the car was parked on my street!!! I checked out the car to see if there was evidence of the collision, but by the looks of things, this person has a hobby of hitting parked cars (the passenger side is much more damaged than the rest of the car). I am not sure if I can prove that this is the person that hit my car, though. What should I do?
