Can a very small, new ISP get alternate mail?
I have a friend whose ISP is Midtel.com. It appears that she can neither send or get attachments on her email.. It is a small company and new. Could she get yahoo as an alternate email? She lives in a very isolated area back east and apparently it. is the only ISP she can get and is connected with her telephone. I am not sure but I think it is a dial up. I need some answers for her. Thank you in advance.

I looked it up on the web and found every thing I wanted to know about the fish except--This fish has a long appendage that is attached to and hangs down from his mouth. Could this be its tongue? I know that sometimes the fish leaves its tongue hanging out but the tongue is not described in any of the web searches I have done. Other than that--this fish looks just the pictures I have seen. I have yahoo and she has cableone.net and also hotmail. I will sometimes find the pictures on "My Attachments" but then I have to figure out which forwards or attachments they come with. I have tried everything I can think of but nothing works. I am generally able to get everyone else's forwards and attachments. What can I try? We are going crazy.
