I am currently going through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I am not in arrears on child support and pay it faithfully every month. I just learned my bankruptcy trustee is sending my son s mother 400.00 a month. Is that the way it normally works? I actually pay her 700.00 a month. I had the understanding that I would continue to pay her myself through the Chapter 13. I had no idea that they would disperse funds to her.

Is this normal during a Chapter 13?

I was issued a ticket for 78 in a 65. I'm a CDL driver traveling on flat land and my truck is governed at 65 mph, meaning I can't go over 65 mph. His radar is wrong and he didn't believe me about a speed governed truck. How do I prove my case in Court?

My wife is scheduled for knee surgery a week from today. Yesterday, she fell and scraped her knee. She has noticeable swelling as well. The surgery is to fix a torn miniscus. Since many debt collectors are rude and love to harass people. Is it okay to be rude to them. Can I threaten them with bodily harm and to burn down their house. I wasn't sure if they could report you for threatened act of terrorism
