  • Irregular cycle...went from 43 days to 28! Anyone else experience this?

I asked this in the Trying to Conceive section but only got one answer so here we go again...

My husband and I have been TTC #1 for 6 months now. I have tried all the tracking, Ovulation predictors, charting my CM and cervix position and still nothing. Anyways, when we started trying for a baby my cycles ranged anywhere from 30-35 days. The first few months it was around 35 days. Then it gradually got longer, first 37 days, then 43 days on my last cycle. I had been ovulating later than all the online calculators were predicting so I figured out that was why I was starting late. This month, I decided that I was not going to stress about tests, charting and all that and just try to have fun. It was actually working out quite well until last night. I started getting pink spotting and cramping and I knew AF was about to show. Sure enough, this morning it was definitely here. My cycle went from 43 days to 28 and I have no clue why! I have NEVER had a cycle shorter than 30 days in my life. Has anyone else experienced this or have any insight as to what might be happening? I am hoping there may be some others who have dealt with the same thing and may have some tips for me! Thanks for any and all help ladies! ***Baby dust to all!***

  • How do you stay positive when dealing with TTC letdown?

Hi all! I am just really looking for some advice from people who are dealing with the same thing as me. My husband and I have been TTC #1 for 5 months. I know it is not a long time to most people but for me, it feels like an eternity. I am 25 and my hubby is 27. We are both relatively healthy ( I have had some issues in the past but appear to be all good now) but for some reason I feel like we are never going to get pregnant! I know I shouldn't stress and feel negative but it is so hard when you want something so badly. I feel like I am a failure. I know how badly my husband wants to have a baby, as do I, and I am afraid if I can't make it happen he will secretly resent me. I know he would never say that and he is super supportive but it is just a fear I can't get out of my head. Really, I am just looking for some ideas or things you ladies have done to de-stress and not be so hard on yourself when TTC. I know there are so many of you who have been trying for so much longer so I probably sound foolish getting this worked up about 5 months but I can't seem to help it. Any advice you have would be greatly appreciated! Please no rude comments...it has been a bad day (AF started) and I have already felt like I am going to break down :-( Thanks again girls!

  • Does anybody know when Macy's will have boots again?

They told me they are out of season, which I knew, but they have none out at the stores in AZ. I asked when they will be bringing them back and nobody at the stores seems to know...I am so craving a pair of pretty expensive boots they carry there! I have a gift certificate to Macy's so I don't want to buy them anywhere else... Thanks in advance for your help!
