So I decided to jailbreak my ipod touch, and everything was going fine. Someone told me that theirs crashed, so out of random inpulse, i freaked out and decided to go to the settings of my ipod and erase all memory and data, thinking that would change it all back to normal. Well it was obviously was a stupid idea because my ipod now only turns on and stays on its beginning thing where it shows an apple.. What do i do!? Please someone help me here....

My computer is not allowing the backup to work on my ipod... What happens if I click to have no backup? (It says that it will wipe all the stuff off my ipod) Can i just re-sync it all back to the ipod when its done with it's updating? Please help!!!! (and the version I'm updating to is the iOS 4)
