I emailed the MTGRR about her and sent them an application. My stepmom has 2 dogs that she refuses to get spayed or neutered. One of the dogs she keeps locked up in her room because he's an aggressive pit bull. The other one stays inside all day (shes a pickapoo). and the MTGRR wont allow me to have her because my stepmothers dogs arent spayed and neutered they dont even consider it. I really love that dog with all my heart do you happen to know how I could convince her to get them spayed and neutered she thinks one of them is too old and she wants to breed the pit bull but she know thats never gonna happen.
