We are going to Disney the middle of May and are staying at all star sports.I was wondering about the magic bands will we be offered a chance to use them or will we get the regular key cards?If we can use them has anyone out there used them and if so are they a good choice or are the key cards better ?Thanks

I live in apartment complex and over the weekend someone was working on my air condition they were using a blow torch and it set off the smoke detractor .After they were done it stopped now 2 days later my smoke detractor beginning making a loud beeping noise very few minutes I called maintenance and they said someone would come right up no ever did so. I. called again and they still never came its been beeping most of the night and I keep calling and no has come to fix it.I took the battery out and it still keeps beeping . Is there anything else I can do to stop it from beeping?

We live in apartment complex that set up kind of odd shaped it kind of looks like u with a pool in the middle.I knew from the shape of the place and this being Florida the place would be a bit more noise then some so the fact that place is noisy isn't a surprise and the drinking and music aren't so much the issue until it dose in until 3 or 4 in the morning not that I am trying to be a bad neighbor it's just I work in the mornings .But we have also noticed some illegal drug use next to the pool and also people coming and going from few apartments leading us to believe they are dealing out of there apartments.There is sometimes loud music echoing across the complex at 1 2 3 in the morning so me and some of the other neighbors have been calling the cops.When I tried to talk to the manger I was blown off some of the neighbors don't give there names to the cops for fear of fights starting and now even when I am not home and someone calls and doesn't leave there name the manger blames us and has told us that we need to stop calling the cops .We are moving out next month because of the problems and because our lease is up.I like my apartment but don't like all the problems, I always paid my rent on time,keep my apartment fairly clean and am pretty quiet most of the time.So the owner of the property called asking why we were leaving and when I explained why he was very nice and offered us an apartment at another property which we took.Its not that I am not grateful as know most places won't offer to fix things but I feel we were forced out the Apartment we were happy with to move to the other side of town.I am temped to ask for free months for the year of problems at the other place but don't want to seem like I am asking to much.Am I asking to much or dose the complex owe this much.?

A friend is moving into a 55+ community and has wifi. She is planning on leaving it unlocked as a service to her neighbors who might not have WiFi. However I do not know enough about how the system works and whether if she does this she is openinghe door to viruses from people in the vicinity.

It is not the residents that concern us but rather if a youthful type outside the grounds (there is a bus stop) were to use his laptop to view porn and was piggybacked on her WiFi what are the ramifications of this?

The tub which was once white is now sort of greyish brown. This is not just a film that wipes away. If I scrub at it it slowly comes off. The question is whether Tilex, Oxyclean, Purple Power, or some other agent is best to use.

We live in apartment inside of a house in upstairs until.After moving in we began having a Water

Drip in from a from the celling every time it rained after doing some looking around we noticed the

Roof is need of repair.We called the land lady as soon as it began leaking in the bedroom and she took a month and half to put something in the celling to stop one leak .We expressed that to the lady almost 4 months ago that roof is ned of repair and she just said she couldn't get anyone to fix it now we are having more problems as the celling is now sagging in the other bedroom and water came pouring through.When we called the land lady she began screaming at us saying it our fault and that should have noticed it leaking sooner and that celling might cave in this is all being caused by the roof that has never been repaired by the land lady and the other day the water was shut off due to her non payment which is her responsibility to pay it was off for almost 4 hours before she paid them and only after we called her 4 times in row and made her pick up the phone she yelled at us and said I can't be calling them and talking to you at the same time She finally called and paid them and it got turned back on .Clearly his women is a slum lord .We aren't sure how to handle this since we don't have the money to move.Anyone know what we should do?

I live in Florida in an apartment complex .The owners rented an apartment to a male resident who was the only one who signed the lease saying he would be the only living there.After moving in he moved in his girlfriend,5 kids,and family friend into the one bedroom apartment he rented.The office is aware of all these people are living in the apartment yet there is only one persons who name is on the lease.These people drink,play loud music,and always making a lot of noise.The lease says every person Evan children names need to be on the lease to be living in the apartment yet they say you can't leave children homeless as an excuse for allowing it to go on.Are they in valuation of occupancy laws?

It is being said in the newest episode of the Duggar's Michelle is taking pregnancy test.Is she trying to put one in the oven to steal Josh and Anna's attention again?When Josh and Anna got married she and Jim Bob had to renew their vows,Anna get pregnant with Mackynzie Michelle get pregnant with Josie and now that Anna is pregnant again and Michelle is trying to get pregnant.It seems to me Michelle was the youngest child in her family and got all the attention and now even as adult doesn't want anyone stealing her spot light even if it is one of her own children.

We have just moved into a apartment complex and are under

a years lease.After moving in we began having problems with

one of the tenants in another apartment.They have 2 very

large dogs.One of which is friendly and we are o.k. with but

the other one is always barking and growling and begins

jumping up and down wanting to jump on us when we come down

the stairs.We have asked them to please not allow their dog

to jump on us and go out of our way to stay away from the

dog. They on the other hand think everyone should love the

dog and allow it to jump on them.And the other day when we

came outside they came running up behind us with the dog on

a leash and were running within an inches of us laughing.We

turned around and asked them not chase us with the dog.They

continued to laugh and chased us until we were able to get

inside the pool gate.When we reported it to the management

they claimed they were nothing they could do as it in the

lease they can have the dog.The dog is sometimes just

running off the leash around the complex.In the lease it

says your allowed to have 2 pets per apartment weigh less

then 25 pounds each.When ask management why these people are

allowed animals that weigh more then they lease allows they

just say we don't in force that. We feel uncomfortable

wondering around on the community in which we live because

of this dog.Is possible to get out of lease over an issue

like this?

I am applying for a job in Miami. If it comes through it is 44 large and change before taxes yearly. Me and my fiancee have heard that in Miami one either is loaded with cash and lives in very pricey areas...or one is middle class or below and lives in areas where it is dangerous to go out at night. Is this so? If so then what is the best area for a middle class suburbanite couple to live where it is at least safer than other areas? If the rumors are unfounded, then what is the best area for a middle class suburbanite couple to reside for around 700-750 a month?

Is there any area to avoid at all costs?
