I've attempted to get a butt many times.

At first I would do squats without weights and it shrunk my butt and I noticed it was shrinking so I stopped doing that and didn't work out.

Now I started to do weighted squats but it's still shrinking! I don't haven't had a big butt before but now it's just embarrising :(

What am I doing wrong? What workouts do you guys recommend for a big butt fast!!!!!

So I'm just wondering whats attractive not to be mean but just want some background. I personally would like to have touching thighs and a nice *** but my legs got thinner and I hate tht. So yeah.

So I used to have perfect thighs (no thigh gap) and then I went on a diet wanted to lose belly fat and it made my legs really skinney. So I'm 5"3 and 102 lbs 15years old. I'm really close to having a thigh and I REALLY don't like those, my calfs are really thin and I hate it. What can I do to get them fatter?

So I'm 14 years old and I was born in the US but my parents are from Afghanistan. I just noticed that the shape of my birthmark on my thigh is shaped EXACTLY like Afghanistan. I think it's really cool and trippy but I'd like to know what it means. I showed alot of my friends and they were like WTF it's like the same shape. Lol so yeah what could that mean

i have searched all over the internet but most sites have stuff about their life and community so help me because my history teacher still didnt give us our textbooks
