I was caught red handed in the crime of grand larseny and arrested. I spent the night in court and was released on o.r. with a court date to appear. The court says the district attorney has declined to file charges at this time and when i look up my case information on the court official website the deposition says decline to file charges and the case status says case closed. What exactly does this mean?

I know that obviously right when the dust hits your eyes your vision is going to be upset. However, I work at an asphalt plant where rocks are being dumped in bins all day long and the rock dust blows all over. It seems like my vision is blurry like it's slightly out of focus. I've been working sixteen hour days so by the time i get home my vision isn't getting much better but I assume that's just from exhaustion. Doesn't seem like I have any problems with it on my way to work. So, I guess overall my question is can the rock dust be the cause of my blurred vision and what can i do to make it better. I already wear safety glasses but i've got to take them off quite often to clean them so i can see.

I don't really feel anything. I'm never happy, sad, angry, or anything. I was wondering if the following sleep problems are related? For all my life i have been like this. The most i have slept in the last few years is three hours one night after heavy drinking that would have put most people i know under for half of the next day.

I've been prescribed trazodone and sonata before to help and they did nothing for me.

When congress has more power. I realize the president is the one single person with the most power but if we really want good for the country why aren't we focusing more on the congress who can vote a law into place even if the president does a veto.

I have connected the computer to the tv screen using a vga cord. My computer doesn't have an hdmi slot :( but the image from the computer on the tv screen only takes up the center of the screen. How can i make it full screen?

Obamma has unemployment higher than when bush left office by close to 2 points, left troops in iraq without combat troops, how smart is that? we're gonna leave people there but not leave them with the most quallified to stay alive and keep people alive? We didn't completely pull out of iraq, we just left the least quallified there, good thinking. leaving the least quallified in a WARZONE. So how can people be so anti bush but like these other two?

I have windows 7. Everytime i try to install borderlands on the computer it doesn't ask where i want to install it too. It automatically installs to the recovery drive (d) instead of (c) and drive (d) doesn't have enough memory to hold it. what do i do?

They both have awesome (real) wrestling careers. They are both gigantic, everyone says brock is incredibly fast for his size but lashley is by no means slow. Shane Carwin was not that fast and for one round destroyed brock by striking, stuff takedowns, and ground and pound. Brock lesnar has been submitted by a submission move that NEVER works in the UFC for the most part. Granted, it was done by submission expert frank mir, but Lesnar has no real submission defense other than trying to power out of it, which is exactly what lashley would try to do. Lesnar's one submission win was on a wore out Shane Carwin (who wore himself out) and it relied solely on muscle. Lashley also wasn't just handed a title shot. Let's put this in perspective. Lesnar loses to Frank Mir, and they hand him a title shot for losing? He might have damaged Frank quite a bit, but last time i checked losing is losing. Lashley has had to EARN every fight he's gotten. Lashley trains improving everything so to say he is only a wrestler is false, but like every great fighter why stray away from what works for you. matt hughes was a ground and pounder, chuck was a counter puncher, randy is a clincher, not says "that's all they can do" even though that's almost all we ever see. So why is Lashley so different. I'm not saying Lashley IS better, but everyone seems to think Brock Lesnar is well rounded. Points of fact, he has no real submission defense, he can't stand and trade because every time he does he gets hurt badly and you see him go into panic mode, and his whole demeanor changes. I've never seen Lashley have the look of fear on his face as soon as he gets punched ONE time (like the Shane Carwin fight with Brock).

My friends have two xbox 360 systems, two copies of mw2, but when we connect the two systems we can only play with one person per system. Is there a way around this.

I haven't worked out in over two years, i'm very out of shape now and when i used to work out the workouts were planned for me. I have tried stuff like the ab circle and the ab rocket and they did not work my abs at all. I was running a little bit but i can't really run outside since it is winter and freezing and i can't run inside because i live in a second floor apartment with very weak floors that my downstairs neighbors hate. I used an ab roller and it worked great, but just using it for barely any time at all killed my abs to the point of hurting so bad i couldn't do my job the next day. I want a workout that i can do in my home that isn't really going to cost me anything and won't upset my neighbors. Also i realize i have mostly just brought up ab work outs but i'm also looking for stuff like pushups. Not really looking to gain muscle, just burn alot of fat. and then i will start worrying about the muscle. I doubt this info really matters but i'm 6 ft and probably around 275. Looking to get back around 220 225.

When we first got married there was an ex boyfriend of hers that kept coming around and was talking crap about her making up all sorts of lies about her. I took care of that situation and she still kept saying that and the other day somebody kept asking her for naked pictures and i took care of that situation too. I have known women that dated late twenties early thirties men when they were 16 or so. Even if you minus the sex how does that not make the guy creepy? The child is underaged. And for the early 30 year olds they started having sex around the time child was born. How is that in any way an acceptable relationship?

Whatever happened to men acting like men. I mean tough. Males cry nowadays they pout they try and act cute, they share emotions...There's nothing wrong with telling a girl i love you but guys are just sharing everything nowadays. Why have guys forgotten how to act like men. I am sick of going out to a bar and seeing these people that are just a sad shadow of what a man actually is.

I am christian. I will throw that out right up front....This is not to start a bashing. This is not to have any sort of insults between faiths or lack thereof....I would simply like to know from atheists how they think the world began....Once again, i'm not trying to be mean or anything...Just was talking to an atheist recently who said i was ignorant for believing in something that has never been proven and i said if you can't prove how the world existed then how can you prove that i'm wrong...And they offered no counter explanation to how the world came to be.... The only other counter theory to a god that i have heard is big bang....is that the main atheist theory? is there a main atheist theory?
