I want to start a blog. I don't really care if anyone reads it or looks at it, I just need to get my stuff down. The only thing I want to be sure of, is that the words I post to the internet via my blog are still my Intellectual Property that cannot be infringed upon. Any help there?

Do comedy clubs allow teens to preform on open mic nights? I figure if Eddie Murphy started out at 15, I can at least see if I'm actually funny or not. I figure an alcohol serving establishment would have a harder time allowing this, but any help would be welcome.

I have read zero comic books. However, I'd like to give one a try. A lot a of people have told me that recommendations for comics are based on one's interests in comics, but I have none; so if anyone could recommend something based purely on quality not on category, that'd be great.

I need a haircut and of course I'd like to look good afterwords. The problem is, I have no idea what to ask the hair stylist (is that the right term or is it barber) to do for me. Is it ok to just ask the stylist to 'make me look good'? The way I figure it, styling hair is a sort of art form, and this gives a stylist a chance to try something cool. Then again, someone else said that would be a rude thing to do because it makes the stylist's job harder. Any help?

Specific appearances of the person aside, what do you think of the beard vs. no beard debate. Long and scraggly, short and scruffy. clean shaven? Mustache, soul patch, mutton chops? What do you think is cool?

A song I once heard had the line "I walk the line! I'm Johnny Cash!" in its chorus and ive been unable to find out what song it was. Internet searches have been useless because the lyrics bear such resemblance to Johnny Cash's own introduction and most famous song. Any help?

Is it a replacement or substitute for an MBA? Is it preparation for a graduate degree in business (like pre-law or pre-med)? I'm a bit confused.

I recently purchased a copy of the Watchmen comics all integrated into a pleasing paperback book. I read and really enjoyed it and a I'm looking for my next comic book fix. I'd like to buy a book like the Watchmen one I bought and not individual comics (not ready for that yet). I have heard of a few good ones like Arkham Asylum, but having not read any Batman comics, I don't just want to jump in. Any suggestions for an approachable new book to get? Or maybe where to start as far as Batman or X-men or whatever.

I've been watching Wolverine and the X-Men and really enjoying it and I want to start maybe reading some comics. My dad said he used to a little when he was kid, but he forgets it all. I know there's both Marvel and DC Comics universes but the entirety of all the interconnected stories has gotten so I don't know where to start. I'd like to start as close to the begenning (of what, I don't know) as possible.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

I have a problem with procrastination. Usually, i end up finishing whatever I have to do with big spurts of work near the end, but that's not exactly the healthiest or smartest strategy. Any tips?

I always hear this term 'soy latte' when people want to talk about pretentious coffee drinkers. In my mind, soy doesn't seem like it mixes well with a latte. How does soy get into the coffee? I just feel generally confused by this.

I need to open up .ZIP, .RAR, .ISO, .IMG, and .7z files. But I need some software that can do this. Even if it can't do them all, it would still be useful.

Are sound cards really worth the money? Is the difference in sound quality that noticeable? Especially is the speakers are still the same?

And does the increase in sound quality only work in video games or does it improve playback of songs as well?

Finally, how much might a sound card cost?

I don't care about how much space it takes up, I'd just like my music to have the highest possible quality. However, I cannot use vinyls or CDs and a CD player. The music has to be in digital format. Preferably I'd like to be able to put it on my ipod. I tried Apple Lossless Encoder and it was pretty good. And MP3s encoded at 320 kbps with VBR was good too. Any ideas?

They don't have to be of any solid quality because it really doesn't matter for the project I'm doing. I just need about 15 so I'd like to get a solid price on them.

I was wondering whether I could freely burn copies on them, put them on as many computers as I want and other stuff without restriction. Does iTunes Plus apply to TV Shows?

My friend made me an ISO of a game we both bought almost 10 years ago, but I don't know how to make the ISO work. Could you explain how to get from having a folder with an ISO archive file in it, to having a playable game on CD?

I was bumbling around a bit torrent index and i saw something labeled a PC ISO. I thought it was a video game but I wasn't sure. What is it?

I can understand why best actor/actress in a drama is different than best actor/actress in a comedy because the two are very different and hard to gage with proper perspective. But why are the different individual acting awards separated by sex? Shouldn't we just have awards for best thespian in a ______ (insert show type). This isn't like sports where physically, its very difficult to have men and women play together. Acting would seem to be a level field right?
