I purchased a 70 pound Everlast Heavy Bag that says MMA on it. What type of gloves should I use? I've seen some gloves that are gel wraps which are ment to replace regular wraps. Can I just use those? Or should I buy like 12 Oz gloves? But then I would have to use the wraps. Or what other type of glove would be good for a beginner? Thano you.

1. I'm buying an Everlast 70 pound heavy bag. Can I also throw kicks at it or can I just throw punches?

2. It comes as a set with the bag and gloves and wraps. Do I absolutely have to use the hand wraps? Or can I just use the gloves. The gloves are like boxing gloves. I was also looking at the gel wraps which I believe are gloves with gel padding in it. Can I just use those if I don't want to use the wrapping?

So im gonna start weight training at school but ive never used an olympic bar that weighs 45 pounds. I was wondering if you can feel the difference between a regualr 10-15 pound barbell and the 45 pound one. I just dont want to be embarassed cuz i can barely do 15 on each side on the regular one.

Well im 14 i weigh 120 and am 5'8. Ive been into weight training for like a month..but i never really know what im doing and im not old enough for the gym here so i need help with a routine. Heres what i got to work with....

A standard barbell not an olympic

A pull up bar (various grips)

And a battle rope

So currently i just do a mixed workout which consits of push ups, clean and press (15 on each side), pull ups ( palms facing towards my cheeks and the ones with palms facing me), bent over rows, front squats, overhead press ( i think its called) and bicep curls...also the battle rope...i know this is probably a really bad combo...i do all of this with the 15's...i work out 3 days a week so far....so HELP PLEASE....

Ive searched EVERYWHERE online and cant find some...the problem is finding some that fit the front seats....one side is bigger than the other....according to the information its a 60/40 split bench in front with cup holders...i actually think its a 40/60 split though...any one have any suggestions?

1. What should i wear at what time? Like should i put the unscented deoderant before p.e and cologne afterwards or what?

2. Where should i carry my cologne since it is kinda expensive..should i carry it in my backpack?

Okay so i hit puberty when i was 12 and im about to be 13 and the bad side of puberty is getting to me. Point is I have gotten some wierd bumps on my penis which i know are pimples. One i was squezing it and that white stuff came out with blood. But today i kinda took the skin off i guess and know its like smooth red skin. Im a 13 year old male and know this is a time when all the hormones can cause bad odor but i think i stink WAY MORE than my other class mates. But i shower everyday and put deoderant on but still get comments. I know for a damn fact im not smelling bad because of being dirty. I think its just my age and whats going on.
